It's a problem with exness since 10 months or more. Every time the market become volatile, you can't open a new trade easily. Or you can't close your trade. Only result of this is either your tp or sl will hit or your account will be blown. No maintenance in their platform. Very bad.

I am very pleased with Exness conditions, have been trading with them for the last 3 years and every problem has been solved, be it withdrawal/deposit or even margin calls on trade due to fake spike have been restored and funds reimbursed! Keep up the good work!

I received the following email from exness after complaining about the refund to my account. Since they refund the amount shouldn't it take at most 3 days. I have many credit card transactions that have not been refunded. " Dear Client!

I can summarize Exness as dishonest, unreliable, unethical...in other words simply SCAM. That kind of selfregulated bucketshops should be avoided by any means. Their ECN account and support team is a joke. They scamed half of my deposit under the sauce of slippage. I regret wasting my time with them...
