XM HAS NOT SEND ME MY FULL WITHDRAWAL withdrawal issue xm.co..  Thread

HI everybody i hope your doing well im posting today regarding my issue with xm i deposit and trade and i made a profit and i request a withdrawal and they proceeded my withdrawal but they charged me 309 usd fees i request a withdrawal of 15460 and i received 15150.8 and i got this email [HEADING=1]Important Notice -

I am a Vietnamese user, a week ago I saw a notification that XM had a bonus for the first deposit. I researched and saw that XM was a big fx platform. But dont trust what you see.

I transfer to the account that XM system directed, when I pressed the bank transfer in XM app , they directly me to an account , they always use different account to accept fund.

But only XM themselves and/or partner referring to XM would have an incentive to do this in my opinion, as they are the only ones that benefit from it. ----- -> Can you please upload full account statements for all accounts you have with XM?
