XM is the best broker I've ever traded with. My personal account manager Adam Kyriacou is the best there is. He calls all my clients I refer to XM within minutes of opening an account to help them get started. 10/10 for Adam and XM.

I asked Adam if XM.com will be offering managed accounts and he said it is something that he and XM are investigating which is another plus point. Lastly, XM is trustworthy and your money is safe. You won't struggle to get your profits or money back from them.

I'm profited quite well on XM but didn't withdraw yet. Damn.. these brokers problems are really a pain in the ass :( Try withdraw first and I hope that you will get your money :)

Hello Pietro, I think I have read this same issue on the XM review thread as well, it might be your post most probably, and XM rep has given a clear explanation of it. It was because you were using 0.01 lot on a micro account, where 1 pip equals to less than $0.01 so it doesn't show up on your account.

When you say XM paid back some of the money: Did they pay it back to mt4 acct, or pay it back to your payment processor (or credit card?)

You should understand the concept on how a leverage works instead of blaming it fully on XM. Notwithstanding the fact that, you'll burn your account's equity faster than a candlestick closing with a high leverage complemented with a high lot size.

incompetent Review

XM.com are incompetent and caused me a big opportunity loss due to their incompetence i opened an account just to trade cryptocurrencies and on 22 December they closed all my positions without notifying me before doing so even tho i have emailed them on December 18 and received an answer from their Customer Care Offi..
