Hi, I was finally called by the broker. I was offered $20K bonus to start the recovery plan. I doubt this works. But I give them last chance to prove what they said. My aim is to get back my principal plus the interest I lost. So far the trades are not optimistic. I had a chat with Giambronelaw. I need to pay an upfront fee and then the rest are based on % of recovery money. I also contacted another law firm with good reputation but the lawyer's fee is something I am not afforded even deposits are recovered. Really hope to find another victim in the same situation as mine and give advice! They exist but why not step out.

It's a trap! Bonuses always come with strings attached. You'll need to trade an insane amount to be able to withdraw one cent.

Update of today: none of the recovery trades are winning trade.

Update today: I requested refund of my deposit coz the trades on Dec 22/23 by broker seemed to be system generated losing trades on purpose. Coz most of the trades are consistently has 2 minutes' interval. Obviously customer service rejected my request. I am waiting for my lawyer's advice on this. To be frankly, the chance to get back my money is small but I feel like my true story should be the alert for all the customers or potential customers.

I think this company needs to start getting Traders Court cases filed.

Update of today: Chargeback process with the banks started today. Lawyer also sent an email to Binary Brokerz. will update later here. If chargeback and court actions cannot resolve the dispute, do you feel safe to put your money to other people's pocket?

If no one bothers to file Traders Court cases, Binary Brokerz will never be given an official Scam Label. There's no rule against filing an FPA case while other methods of recovery are in progress.

Please report back what the bank says/does.

ok，　I will write the court case. the reason I didn't do that is even if it is labelled as a scam company here, it continues the operation and I will not have my money back. But I feel the need to alert to all the existing and potential customers. If you want to throw away your money and not expecting any return, you go ahead to stay with Binary Options.

Update today: I contacted the bank for money transfer and ask if they can help to recover the money. The result is not optimistic but the staff still helped me to submit the documents to dispute department.
