The issues here seem very straight forward. An account was opened to trade a robot. It was closed and thus any balance held should be refunded and that would appear not to have happened. There has been an absence of any explanation and thus in my book guilty as charged. I shall be voting accordingly.

It appears that they are now out of business with no insolvency specialist having been appointed to windup their affairs. The absence of an insolvency specialist to windup their affairs merely confirms my original opinion and I have now voted guilty.

After almost two years without many problems, my demo account with forexoma became dead a couple of weeks ago. They always had so clean a reputation, but were not regulated and kind of unprofessional, luckily I didn´t put money in there. I wouldn´t be surprised if we know nothing else from them, ever.
