I know, from sad personal experience, that Signals Binary will recommend any broker that pays them, and then ignore you as their client. Signals Binary is nothing more than a scam itself, as Signals Binary represents itself as YOUR agent, and is no more than the hook for unscrupulous brokers.
That may be so, though I did send an email to Jonathon David of Signals binary detailing my difficulties with No1 options and although I heard nothing back have now noticed they are no longer listed in their recommended brokers top 10 or in fact at all.

How the hell can these criminals continue to operate? It seems that the authorities couldn't care less.
It seems in the UK this sort of operation comes under gambling... No1 options do not have a licence to operate in this country, so I have reported them to the gambling comission? Sorry I can't remember exactly as have spoken to so many people about this... There is nothing that they can do to get my money back, but have logged the complaint and name and it seems they will definately look into it at some point.

Thanks for all your comments, have been busy reporting it all to the relevant authorities.. it is sickening to think that this sort of thing still goes on.. I notice yet another victim of No1 options on this site the other day in South Africa.. I guess the only thing that can be done is to ensure a company is registered by the relevant financial authority. Although in the UK this sort of "trading" is known as "binary betting" and comes under the UK gambling comission, who incidentally have told me that No1 options does not have a licence to operate in this country, even via the internet and have taken note and will look into it...
I've been contacted by trading Standards in the UK today, who informed me that No1 options address on their website in Wenlock Road London is an address that is used by various businesses, though there is no-one acutally trading at that address. I think I am more sickened by the amount of time this has taken out of my life now as am setting up my business on quite limited funds, and this has massively eaten into the time and energy I've had available for all of that, though there is no way that I can let this company get away with it, and have made it my business to leave no stone unturned.

Hi,

Today Received mail from Action Fraud regarding my case. I've been informed the following:
"............
Your report has been assessed by the NFIB and the information you have provided has helped the police to begin taking steps to disrupt the activities of suspected criminals. This activity could result in the closure of:

•Fraudulent websites,
•Telephone numbers,
•Bank accounts.

Unfortunately we cannot provide further information about this. One of the reasons is due to the sensitive nature of police work which cannot always be made public. It can take time for disruption requests to be fully processed, so please be assured this is happening and no further action is required on your part...................."

I advice everyone to open case in http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
