Yes, the broker does not like to reply in forums because that further highlight the growing numbers of unresolved issues & problems facing their clients.

I have considered that option but I have come to the conclusion that my case is quite difficult to prove because it's not something that can be quantified.
The closures of losing positions are recorded very nicely in accounting spreed sheet and does not show why the account was stop-out without any margin-call warning.

I will keep on posting on any forums and sites where ICMarkets is being discussed and highlight my issues with that broker.

i submit 3 screen shot that show different price from icmarkets server
icmarket have 4 server , my account have signed to icmarkets live server2 . icmarkets liveserver 2 also have 2 server ,one in hongkong dc and another one is main server at USA. This 2 server show different price and lag when news release.
