Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Yes, I have also read that about ICMarkets doing that as a form of manipulation which is very subtle and difficult to verify by unwary trader.

There seems to be an increased in Chinese employees at this broker support section. So, I surmise this broker is focusing their attention to reap the massive Chinese Traders through their Hong Kong sector.
Given this probable trend, this ever increasing shady broker will most probably ignore your issue & complaint like they have been doing for sometime now.
I wish that I read this before opening account with ICMarkets. Me too saw my terminal log into Hongkong data center, singapore data center the other day. Usually the message never show up in the journal so I do not know until I catch it by my own eye. The latency from my VPS in NewYork to the Honghong DC is 500-600 ms. I understand now why my orders often filled 30-40 away from the price I set. They are indeed the a scam.
