Unfortunately, we couldn't identify you on our system and verify the complaint.
That said, we'd highly appreciate it if you could share your trading account number here on FPA or send an email to our team at support@octafx.com.
They will be happy to look into this for you.

If you are having a serious problem with a company, you should open your own thread in Scam Alerts and give details.

Why your own thread?

Yes I received fund after so many days when I lost all my hopes. Purely an unprofessional way no response at all
