Resolved: Disappearance of the stop loss line

Hello it happened to someone that ,after days with an open position the stop loss line disappeared from the graph in every time frame and you have to modify the order manually instead to drag it without being able to calculate the possible loss? can a broker make it invisible?

Also, if you can screen record your entire trading sessions continuously (bandicam / thundersoft screen recorders), this would be good idea to visualize what is happening and gather evidence.

Unscrupulous brokers can manipulate the backend of the platform in the sense that they create the price feed that is streamed. and they could theoretically alter the stop loss....or ignore it. And depending on how sneaky they are, these manipulations can even be "legal".

By screen recording an example, this is the best way to capture evidence and help us visualize the error.

side question: have you studied the business model of the brokerage you are using? Mainly, how do they make profits?

Ic Mark close my position i tryed to move up the stop loss but the line reappered only a few cm from the stop in m1 and i was able to move it up only few pips also the max of the day in investing and yahoo finance was 22.87 in usdmxn

The position was closed at 22.95 but the max of the day was 22.87

You sell at the bid price, and buy at the ask price. MT4/mt5 by default shows only the bid price on the chart.

But you can get it to show the ask price as a red line.

Also, there are other unanswered questions:

have you studied the business model of the brokerage you are using? Mainly, how do they make profits?

have you downloaded bandicam and/or thundersoft screen recorders?

Sorry i don't have screenshot my case was resolved by the support team ,there was a spike only visible if i enable candle ,this thread can be deleted

Can you elaborate that your situation with the broker is 100% resolved then?
