RESOLVED - Withdrawal Request before 6 months with Trade-24.com

I made a Withdrawal Request on 8/26/2014, until today i didn't get the amount.
could someone advise me in this case? what should i do next step?
I tried to call them many times and emails every one in the company and no action from them.
until now i worked with 6 account managers.
all of them just keeps promising that we will process your request soon.

Hi Adel,

Two steps that you must follow.

1st - Invite them via email (Send email to every possible address).

2nd - Go to there website and invite them to here via Live Chat.

Did they refuse to send you the withdrawal? Can you share with us any respond you got from them regarding that withdrawal?

today i received a call from financial department and they promised to process my request. i will update the Thread if there is any changes.

unbelievable guys within 3 days after the post i received the amount , while i was trying to communicate with them with no actions for more than 6 months.
