Cysec has been ramping up on fining brokers. The Cyprus Financial Ombudsman is fairly new. If you don't file with both Cysec and the Financial Ombudsman, you are making it easier for BDB to steal your money and the money of other traders.

The NFA, CFTC, SEC, and UK FOS all have forced returns of money. The Cyprus Financial Ombudsman is fairly new. It may also be making those records confidential. We'll have to wait and see how effective they are.

I do know one thing. If yo don't complaint to a regulator, the regulator is very unlikely to hunt you down and ask to give you money.
