Xforex.com executive threatening me to open account and deposit $50

Hi all,
I am from India and I have registered in xforex.com when it pops up in my window while browsing. I have got call from xforex person and on hearing with speech i said I am not interested to activate the account and he asked me to deposit $50. I said no. Then he started threatening me saying that he will take legal action against me if i didnt deposit money. Pls let me know whether any legal action can be taken by them or it is just a scam to take my money. Pls advise quickly..

Ask him to please email you to explain what sort of legal action he plans to take.

If he doesn't email you, then he's bluffing and you can ignore him while leaving a review warning about this new tactic. If he does email you, please post the text of his email here.
