Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Dear Exness Rep,

Regarding sell order #357135 you're telling partly truth, by examining image below, I'm sure that everybody who familiar with metatrader can see clearly that my TP level was 172.359
TP not hit 2.jpg

Here are my logs:

Since that order remain open when the ask price hit as low as 172.355 as shown in the image above, I then modified it several times, below are the logs:
00:10:58.581 '80XXXX': modify order #357135 sell 0.12 GBPJPYe at 172.494 sl: 0.000 tp: 172.359 -> sl: 0.000 tp: 172.237

You haven't answer my question for my buy order #353387
order closed outside market quote.jpg.
Does it happen in common that an order closed outside market quote? Nowhere in the chart showing price of as low as 172.201, lowest price at that moment was 172.254, should I just accept when my order closed at nowhere price. That's not fair!!!

Dear Rafost,

I bring my apologies for a delay in replay.
We are forced to connect to this case the specialists from the different departments, so it takes some time.
The answer will be published within the next 24hrs.

The execution of the Stop Loss #353387 went such way: the order was activated and sent to the liquidity provider. At 18:00:03 the price has been sharply reduced by 5.6 points, and the order was executed by the close price 172,201. The liquidity provider has answered to the request, that the bank has rejected the order, and it was bought by the other provider on the thin market. That is the reason of the slippage.

The take profit of #357135 was activated in the bank (it was sent to the liquidity provider for the execution), that did not provided the mentioned by you price 172.355. Correspondingly the order was executed in this bank by the actual price at this moment, whereas the graph is built by the best prices, which were provided by the liquidity providers. You can not use these prices from the graphs as the only right ones for the each order. The features of the pending orders mentioned above are described in the corresponding section of our website https://www.exness.com/execution/ecn_pending_orders. The execution by the other algorithm (like the execution of the pending orders as the market ones at the moment of reaching the price in the order), would necessarily lead to the increasing of the frequency and the amount of the unprofitable slippages in several pending orders.

I should remind you, that on ECN accounts EXNESS only delivers the orders to the liquidity providers, the graphs are built on the best prices, which are provided by the liquidity providers, but the orders are executed not as on the graph (which are indicative), but according to the real prices on the market.

Hello. I read a lot of reviews and found that Exness is a reliable broker. But also I found one negative review: someone tells that Exness can cancel the profit made on gap. Here is a screenshot of the chat. Was someone in this situation? Also I will be glad if the representative will ask my qestion. Thank you.

Dear Rose1986,

Thank you for the question.

Let me explain what is a Gap and how goes a process of execution of pending orders which fell in Gap.

Please, remember, that it's not an ordinary situation when Gap is always obvious on a candle chart in the terminal. There are many Gaps in the body of a candle but you can't see it by yourself. A candle is always built based on 4 main parameters: Open price, Close price, maximum price and minimum price. Alongside with these prices there are many other prices which are called tic prices. On a high-volatile instrument, there can be a common situation when in the body of a candle there are a few Gaps because some of the tic prices could be missing in the body of a candle during its building. Please, pay attention that it mainly happens on the high-volatile instrument or when an important economical news are released, that is why trying to find Gap on a candle chart is not quite correct for analyzing a situation.

In our company there is the specific Gap rule for pending orders: "EXNESS guarantees no slippage practically for all pending orders executed at least three hours after trading opens for that particular Forex instrument. Exceptions are orders that fall in the price gap, for which the following rule applies: if the price specified in the pending order falls into the gap, and the difference (absolute value) in points between the first market quote (after the gap) and the price of the order is equal to or exceeds a certain number of points (gap level) for a particular instrument, such an order will be executed at the first market quote that follows the gap. In all remaining cases the order execution price will correspond to the price specified in the order." This rule is published on the official web-site of the company in the section called "Contract Specifications". There you can find the examples of execution of such pending orders as Buy Stop, Sell Stop (section "Let's examine examples of pending orders executed").

Nevertheless, we are always ready to analyze every order, situation of execution of it and give you a detailed answer. So if you have any questions about an exact orders, please send all the necessary information for the examination of the situation (your trading account number, the numbers of the orders, the description of the situation) to e-mail: maria.voloshina@exness.com

Good So Far

As far as my experience exness is a good broker no doubt about it.
Deposits are instant, regarding withdrawal, I'll post when I do.
One problem that I have encountered recently but is still not fixed even after 4 days.
That is, the news tab in mt4 have disappeared. Uninstalled, reinstalled, enable news etc but no success.
Even after formatting my drive and re-installing the windows the problem still persists.
I look forward to see what "Exness Representative" have to say about it.

Thank you for your reply. The issue was fixed but sadly only temporarily. Now I am able to see the news tab but no news is incoming/updating. It happened yesterday after I have applied an Update of MT4 to the hard drive. Then re-installed to check whether it works or not. But no success. Last time it was fixed after 4 days (not until i have posted it on FPA) and let's see how much time it is gonna take right now. :)
