Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
hi there . this is the problem that happened with exness twice for me but I heard a lot from others experiencing the same also. during news time or not they stop the server till all pending orders become against you instead !! with exness i put pending order buy cadjpy @105.90 but order activate @105.965 and my sl was 106.00 but it was hit @106.266. the other order buy cadjpy 0.01 was opened manually but on the same time, the sl was hit properly @106.00. it is logic? sure not why at the same time did one order hit sl and other slippages?? on another hand I open the same order with another broker named hotforex you notice sl hit at the same time with no slippage ?? I just want to know if you are in my shoes you will accept this or not, you will call it a scam or not? actually, I am fed up contacting them for this as their reason is slippage policy and I don't know why slippage occurs with exness only .thanks

is it possible to switch the broker and send all opened orders to you?
usually not in OTC fx. Better to close the positions and move the money that way.

Could be some exceptions in Australia, UK, or even USA fx brokerages. Ask the brokerage.
But in most cases, I would say it is unlikely.

(Note: I'm not talking about the IB program. The CPA program is different.)

Hi, I just came across the CPA Affiliate Program offered by Exness which offers a high commission rate. The rate is so high that it sounds too good to be true. For instance, if you refer a Chinese client and his FTD is $600, you'll earn a whooping $1760 USD!!! I want to know if that offer is legit.

Do you promote their CPA offer? Did you ever got paid your commission by them? Once I contacted their customer support and I felt like they didn't encourage me to promote CPA, rather they inspired me to join as their IB! Besides, I can't find a single post/video on the internet about their CPA offer or payment proof.

Please share your experience and suggestions. Thank you so much.
