The bot itself has been quite good up 'til now. However, I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails--have already sent four of them, all went unanswered.

So here's the dilemma--do I keep the bot based on its success so far, or do I ask for my money back because their support is so God-awful? Obviously, the worry is that once purchased, should a problem arise, the support is non-existent.

Anyone else run into this?

Hello Fulano, it much have been some technical issue, please check your Junk box.
I reply to everyone, usually within 24 hours. It could take little bit longer if I'm on some vacation or a trip, but for sure I don't ignore anybody.
If you'll send me your email I'll check it in my system.


As for the system performance that somebody asked, of course we are still trading it. March was another very successful month, ended up with almost 10% increase with very conservative risk strategy.

I've posted this on other forums, but did not get any resposnes. Guess I'll try my luck here! I would be grateful if anyone can answer some inquiries about this system:

1. Can I use it on the US market hours? If so, that would mean that I should be using EURUSD instead of GBPUSD, is that correct?

2. I understand there is a manual system and an EA, and each is sold separately?

3. What are the features for the latest version of the EA, i.e. for example does it enter/modify positions automatically, etc..

4. Can I use this system/EA at any other time during the day, or is it strictly time specific?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..Thank!

I got a stop loss of 42 pips today. Previouly it was only taking 0 or 5 pips of profit. so you better search for more forward test result from other trader.

you can google ""forex morning trade forward test screenshot", the first few web site list the result of other traders. Understand the full risk and profit ratio by following the daily trade log of other users will help you better understand this EA.

are you still planning on releasing a new EA? In your new years email you said you were working on something.
