Sry for the late update: I've followed up on the issue for the last couple of days. Yet today, when I was asking them about why they don't have a clue about my case and the investigation that I requested the other day, they just hang up the phone. Well Played IQ OPTION

Someone used my account without my knowledge and the account is still being reviewed. IQ Option is playing tricks on their traders. You should stop trading in IQ Option. Nothing seems right for the company now. There's also a huge number of withdrawal complaints recently in Google play reviews.

马来西亚是没有法律绑制任何投资活动的，只是超过10k myr的要通知BNM. IQ option是offshore的投资公司，政府没有法律制度能管制这个公司，所以比较麻烦。 我用的是bank transfer,可能可以追回这笔帐

Block account是我亲自叫他们block的，防止有心人继续盗用我的账号。目前打算等回复，如有不果，可能会想办法通知银行和报案，目前是有跟EU 的 Mikovs and Attorney联络，试图想办法解决
