    GUILTY Case# 2017-055 | jeffie1 vs mygoldensignals.com

I am unable to make a decision here because I dont know how this thing works. We were only told of winning percentages, but no risk - reward part. So I don't know if 73% winning rate gives overall loss or win

Forex News Trading Plans for Week 28, Jul 10 – Jul 16 2016

Gbp interest rate decision was by far the best FNG trade I have seen to date. I can only blame my slowness to close the trade . At one moment I had 160 pips., only to close at 85 pips. Thanks Peter

Forex News Trading Plans for Week 10, Mar 1 – Mar 7 2015

It has been a week with so many red news but no trigger so far. Let us hope the last one - USA NFP - will be different. Otherwise thank you Peter for keeping us in the game.

    RESOLVED Case# 2015-028 | R.D vs ironfx.com

I am not voting on this one. For one why would they take for ever to refund a trader and only after frustrating him with unreasonable demands. Let us hope they have put their house in order. But for me the writing is on the wall: it is a matter of time before traders are ripped off. BE CAREFUL...

Forex News Trading Plans for Week 9, Feb 22 – Feb 28 2015

Peter, let me help here. The first step is setting up your trading platform in ONE CLICK mode. To do this, go to "tools - options - one click trading - ok" and you are set. Remember to tick the agree button before ok. Next pess the "alt" button and then the "t" button while still holding the...

Forex News Trading Plans for Week 8, Feb 15 – Feb 21 2015

UK Retail sales triggered but news had already been priced in. This was evident from the drop of the GBP in the hour leading to the news release. There is a lesson I have learned here: if price moves significantly before release, be careful. As for Canadian Core Retail sales, It was a hit. It...

Forex News Trading Plans for Week 6, Feb 1 – Feb 7 2015

I went for C/J today but the spread from my broker was around 32 pips. Still managed to capture some good pips. Could have been a lot more but i am not complaining. Thanks Peter.

"Deposit some more money then i will pay you the new deposit and the old deposit". This does not make sense to me. I think the intention behind this is to make you deposit more so that they steal more from you. Do they really expect you to that stupid? to me this just screams SCAMMERS!

    GUILTY Case# 2014-095 | BlyPIPs vs PellucidFX.com

For me it looks like the guy was moving/ out the company and needed to grab as much cash as possible. what better way than to run away with traders' profits! If the buyers of the company were not in the know of his tricks, now they will have to manage with customers wanting to cash in and move...

    GUILTY Case# 2014-056 | dhyiez vs kiwifxbank.com

It looks like a case of "it is OK to trade the news as long as you keep losing". Many of these brokers never expect us to make any money in forex, especially if you have a small account. You make money and they will do every thing possible to frustrate/ cheat you.

    GUILTY Case# 2014-046 | helipilot139 vs www.nrgbinary.com

Wow!! These are real con men. Their mission was simple: to entice you to deposit as much money as you could. Those profits you see on your account are most probably not real. If they could make that kind of money in such a small amount of time, they would not need your money. I am voting guilty!

I am voting guilty. I do not see Capital one forex convincing otherwise.

    GUILTY Case# 2013-120 | looxfx vs www.4xp.com

For 4XP, it looks like the writing is on the wall: they have burst! I was just weeks away from joining them through an IB who is a friend of mine. He is still trading with them. I only hope he gets his funds funds back.

I am disappointed. I was about to join them on recommendation from a friend of mine who told me he has been with them for a while.

    GUILTY Case# 2013-109 | yatti vs forex-metal.com

Smells fishy here and we are talking about some reasonable amount of money. Chances are they are planning on not paying you. We shall follow the case and vote accordingly.
