Mm possibly. Just given this whole situation it all seems very fishy. I have had a couple of people get in touch through another site and so far am hearing of at least 50k in profits withheld over only a few accounts. Mine was comparatively small at 6500eur it seems. Sorry to rant before, this whole thing is driving me a bit nuts. I hate being cheated, more so when the person doing it plays at being nice while stabbing you in the back.

For me it looks like the guy was moving/ out the company and needed to grab as much cash as possible. what better way than to run away with traders' profits! If the buyers of the company were not in the know of his tricks, now they will have to manage with customers wanting to cash in and move with fewer new customers coming in.

I will be voting guilty.
