Hello the exact same thing is happening to me, I've always had trouble withdrawing but it fully stopped at the end of last year, and now I've received the same email that you did. They currently hold around 50k$ of my funds and I've lost access to mt4 or client portal...it seems they are going...

Still nothing, support tells me my account is still under investigation that could take up to 90 days but it has been 120 days already...support is sending request to the concerned department but nothing ever comes out of it. I believe they have serious liquidity issues right now.

I have no choice but to accept their retroactive charge...no answer from them yet, and obviously no withdrawal...

I've received an email requesting around 3800 EUR to be charged on my account because their LP had wrong swaps on one of my instruments for almost a month...I proposed 1750 EUR charge instead as I wanted to be comprehensive of their position, but they declined it and won't process withdrawals...

I've asked abut the investigation, and they said they were looing into swap arbitrage...I don't think their swaps have been particularly good, but I've made very few trades so it should be easy to check. To this day still no news nor withdrawal...definitely fishy :-(
