What contacts did you use to reach FSCS's representatives? My FSCS compensation payment didn't arrived in my bank account yet... So, I emailed them to enquiries@fscs.org.uk and additionally submitted a request form at www.fscs.org.uk/contact-us/ . Still no replies...

Origination (printed) date of the letter is 18 Jan, 2016. It's strange that the delivery process of the airmail took ~1 month...

UPDATE: Today I also received an Airmail from FSCS. The Letter is informing as follows: "The payment will be received within 10 working days from the date of this letter." I'm continuing to wait for the arrival of the funds...

No. No. I think, they have simply too little resources (humans, etc.) to handle such cases. Me and you are still on the queue at FSCS - I hope so... Based on 10 business-days promise you received from FSCS, I'm intending to wait until the end of this month. Then I'll email to them...

I'm still waiting... I have printed, filled and posted a FSCS's paperwork (application form) at 20 Oct, 2015... I have gotten no replay since that date and the compensation is not arrived into my bank account yet.
