They are doing their very best to ignore me. I've had to open yet another request for withdrawal (8th now), as they cancelled my latest earlier today. I wish I knew which regulatory authority to complain to

So for absolute clarity: DEPOSIT + (BONUS*20)= REQUIRED TURNOVER £5,000 + £165,300 = £170,300 I have so far...

So I sent my 5th withdrawal request in, followed almost immediately with an email to customer services to notify them, and also for them to give me an explanation if it was subsequently cancelled. You guessed it - it was cancelled the same day, with no explanation. What more can I possibly do?

I have today used the 'contact us' feature of Traderxp.com to invite a representative to respond to my thread. I have taken screenshots of this, and have also received an email confirming that my contact has been submitted successfully.

In the end they gave me my initial deposit back without having to go through the bank for a chargeback, but this was not easy. I will look into the two sites you have mentioned. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I did eventually manage to get my initial deposit back, but had to fight tooth and nail for it. This is in regards to my profits. I have made trades worth over £175,000 now, and cannot access a single penny of profit.
