already email to BBFX support email not respond yet, 3 days already from paying. can anyone help me contact BBFX support team? why still not receive the EA?

Is this EA working for anyone here anymore. I am with USGFX and I have not made any profit in the last 2 months. It seems like the broker closed a loop hole and the EA will not work with any other broker.

Datafeed for server 1 is not working, which means I am running the datafeed on server 2. Other than the higher latency on server two, BBFX hasnt conducted a trade for the past two days. Is anyone experiencing the same issue, if so...is there a way to fix this so I can reconnect back to server 1 for the datafeed? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
