DKK is the ISO code for the Danish Krone. The DKK is used not only in Denmark, but also in Greenland and the Faeroe Islands. DKK and kr are both used as symbols for it. The Danish Krone is subdivided into 100 øre, but 50 øre is the smallest coin currently in circulation.

Currently, the DKK is closely pegged to the EUR.
