Trade does not triggered

Hi, Peter and guys, I am a newbie to FNG Trade Plan and I have question about the US GDP which came out just now.

US GDP came out with an actual value of 0.2%, and as from FNG Trade Plan, we are setting a sell if actual figure is or is below 0.5 (%), so it means that a sell trade should be triggered right guys? I am wondering why my sell trade does not triggered...
