Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Hi, so in my case i will ask fo my money back ....I paid for 3 months and on the first one i'm already down 50% of my account ....And at this speed , i guess i will have lost my entire account today ( margin call once ) and the price is still going down . So it will be a 1100 € in one month ...Nice result !!!!!!!
Hi Popeck, thanks for sharing the results, I have the same positions open but I still have 12 running positions. how come 4 positions closed in your account although maser account has 12 opened? and also what risk level you are using? I can see it's too high for your account. 0.09 lot size for a 1000 euros account
Well, 4 ^positions closed because of the margin call....i'm not using any kind of risk level , the EA is supposed to manage that ...I never had any kind of question of suggestion about that ....This is just crazy , no stop loss, no risk management , this EA is a scam
there are options to manage the risk level in your trades, it has options to do fix lot, lot size risk as per account balance and few other options, this is not managed by the E itself as every user has a different risk appetite (for example my account balance is £2,500 but I had 0.03 lot size per trade currently.). I received a pdf document from EAheist when I purchase it and everything was mentioned in that pdf booklet. and I also confirmed most of the things via their support chat on Facebook. you should adjust your risk as per your balance and comfort level.
When i read you i understand that i thought it was an easy solution to invest in forex, but seems that i should be advanced in this to understand and manage all the perspectives of that investment . For me , it was a solution to let them do their job, i'm not a specialist ...If i was, i would do it by myself ....So maybe i should have been more cautious about all the details but maybe they should advertise a little more in that ...As a result , i think monday i will have lost 100 % of my investment plus the price i paid for that service ..So as you can imagine , i'm really disapointed and sad .....thanks for your support ....By the way, i'm french so, sorry for my strange speaking ....
I am sorry for the loss of your investment and understand your frustration with this. I agree with you on the point that this should be advertised in more detail along with the purchase options especially that most of the people using EAs are not aware of all these complicated settings. I suggest being more cautious with any type of automated trading including EAs in the future.

I am also using this EA, and am totally disappointed, I was sent a set-file which I thought would be configured to use minimum risk setting, but that wasn't the case, my 1k account was opening 0.05 lot trades and multiple trades at the same time. This is a grid system, it was fraudulently advertised as an Ai, this is no Ai, in fact, you can get way better grid EA for free on most free forex forums. This is a complete waste of time and money, I have to deposit more funds to my account to escape my account being blown and totally have to figure out how to reduce the lot size to the barest minimum. The set-file sent out to client should have been set to 0.01 for everyone, it is up to the client to increase it. Like Pope Said, they are bunch of marketers not traders, that's why they can only afford to deposit $50 into their own trading account. They know they are using dangerous grid strategy which cannot stand the test of time. I am not happy about the performance of this EA, my account is in the red by more than $500 now. I am hoping and praying that we have a big reversal quickly next week. Buying this is a waste of time and money, the EA doesn't worth 1 penny. Total waste. I am so sure they are so broke that that they will be so relunctant to issue out refunds they promised, that is just a marketing strategy. Even if they refund, what can a refund of $70 do for you if they blow $1000 account? Total waste. I hope this review will save someone from loosing their hard earned money.

Dont be fooled, there is nothing awesome about this EA, its a grid system, which will result in massive drawdown and eventually blowing your account. I am currently a victim of this vendor, if I had know that this is a grid EA, I would have stay far away from it. It basically take trades in the wrong direction and keep adding to the bad trades, with hope that the trend would reverse.
