Hello, I am extremely disappointed with FundedNext. I successfully passed all Stage 2 requirements for my 25k account (ID: 14091152), spending over 10 days of disciplined manual trading. Instead of granting me my funded account, they forced me into a video compliance interview.
I am a self-taught, practical trader from Uzbekistan with 4 years of market experience. I do not have a formal financial degree. During the interview, they bombarded me with complex academic financial theory and textbook jargon. Because I operate on practical execution and couldn't answer their textbook quiz, they terminated my successfully passed account under Sections 11.2, 12.3, and 12.4, accusing me of account sharing!
This is completely false. I am the sole operator of this account. I demanded their Compliance team (Rosie Dunn) to check my hard technical data—historical IP addresses, geolocations, and device IDs—which would 100% prove that only I accessed the account. They completely refused to do a technical review and just told me to buy a new challenge! Their AI bot told me I could discuss a refund, but the human support refused.
They use subjective academic interviews as a trap to deny payouts to successful practical traders. If FundedNext does not restore my account based on my valid trading metrics or issue a full refund of all my evaluation fees immediately, I will escalate this case to a formal dispute on Forex Peace Army.
