Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Dear Forex Peace Army Team and fellow traders,

I am writing to request an independent review of a Maximum Daily Loss breach on my FundingPips 2-Step Flex account (#20302382). I want to keep this factual and let the evidence speak for itself.

**What happened**
On July 17, 2026, I had an open CHFJPY Buy position (4 lots, entry 201.191, Stop Loss 201.075). FundingPips' system flagged a Maximum Daily Loss breach at 20:59:30 UTC — 30 seconds before the Friday market close — citing a "breach price" of 201.015 and an equity of $47,035.17, just $31.94 below the $47,067.11 threshold.

**Why I believe this breach price is not supported by the data**

1. **Stop Loss never triggered.** My Stop Loss was fixed at 201.075, above the cited breach price of 201.015. If price genuinely reached 201.015 on my Buy position, the Stop Loss should have executed automatically. It did not — the position remained open and unaffected well past the breach timestamp.

2. **The cited price is below the lowest price on either side of the spread.** The lowest Bid recorded on my MT5 chart for that session was 201.103. Since Ask price can never be lower than Bid, no legitimate price (Bid or Ask) during that session could have been as low as 201.015.

3. **No tick/candle data exists for the breach window.** My MT5 terminal shows no candle formation, across multiple pairs, after 23:48 Platform Time — 11 minutes before the 23:59:30 breach timestamp. There is no recorded price movement on the platform during the window in which the breach supposedly occurred.

4. **A genuine gap looks completely different.** When the market reopened the following week, I can clearly see a real weekly gap on my chart — a sharp, visible price jump, with real slippage on my eventual stop-out (filled at 200.714, well past my SL). The Friday breach shows none of these characteristics: no gap, no jump, just smooth continuous price action that never reaches the cited level.

**Support response**
I raised all of the above, with supporting screenshots, across multiple emails and live chat sessions. Over the course of this, I received five different explanations in sequence — general policy restatement, "slippage," a "weekly gap" (which does not apply, since the breach occurred before market close, not at reopen), a claim about closed vs. floating P&L calculation (which did not apply to my argument, since I was already using floating P&L data), and finally a flat refusal to share any tick data or further reports, stating "no additional reports will be generated or shared with any user."

None of my specific technical questions — why the Stop Loss didn't trigger, why no supporting price exists on either side of the spread, why there's no tick data for the window in question — were ever answered directly.

**What I'm asking for**
I'm not claiming this is fraud — I believe it's possible this was a data feed or system error, and I understand automated systems aren't infallible. I'm asking:
- For any trader who has experienced something similar with FundingPips, please share your experience.
- For FPA's guidance on how to pursue independent verification of this kind of dispute.
- For FundingPips, if they see this, to have this specific case reviewed by a technical/risk team with access to raw tick data, rather than repeated policy statements.

I have full documentation: MT5 screenshots, dashboard breach details, full email correspondence, and trade history, and am happy to share further detail if it
helps.

Thank you for reading.

Update: I've also raised this matter directly with FundingPips and their CEO (@Khldfx) on X, laying out the same evidence — Stop Loss non-execution, no supporting price data, missing tick data around the breach window, and the unanswered swap-timing question.

No response or acknowledgment from either account so far. Posting here for anyone following this thread who wants the full public exchange.

I'm also attaching a full PDF export of my email correspondence with FundingPips support, from the original breach notification through to their final refusal to share tick data. This includes every explanation given (policy restatement, slippage, weekly gap, floating/closed PnL, and the final refusal) so anyone following this thread can see the exact wording and sequence for themselves, rather than relying on my summary.

Let's start by adding your story as a review here https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-reviews/21467/funding-pips-review

No resolution yet. Their last email flatly refused to reverse the breach or share any supporting tick data. I've also raised it publicly with FundingPips and their CEO on X and left a review on Trustpilot — no response from either as of now. Appreciate you following the thread."
