Hedge Trades query

Has anyone had trouble with EA robot hedge trading (against a main trade if it starts to go significantly wrong) not kicking in with some brokers, but no prob with others? The Hedge seems to not 'see' the entry point pre-programmed in with some. I'm not talking occassionally, but 100% of the time. Any info gratefully received!! Cheers
