Totally get where you're coming from
I used to be the same when I started, convinced that if I wasn't glued to the screen clicking buttons, I was missing out on the big one. Eventually, it dawned on me that the real moves are all about the gravity of institutional flows—most of that "active" price action is just noise designed to trap retail. Instead of forcing trades, learning how to walk away from anything that doesn't fit the macro bias is honestly the only way to actually survive this game.
