i'm WD all my fund cz i can't open order in my account...too many off quote...

but...if i can trade normally...i never WD my fund...cz litefx is great broker

...so far....i just have 1 problem, there is my 1st withdrawal...my 1st WD take more than 6 working days, but i still get my money...

but...in next WD...in 2nd - 6th withdrawal...i receive my money not more than 2 working days...it's GREAT SERVICES... thank you liteforex :)

i hope trading operation department can fix my account...so...i can deposit and trade normally...thank you

Withdrawal request issue

Dear Liteforex officer,

I've been trading with your company for couples months. I feel that Liteforex is realiable and I have an excellent personal acc manager so that I put lots of money into my trading accounts. However, due to my personal financial plan I must made a request withdrawal of all my funds on 23 May(Wed).

In the past couple days, I inquired your client department representative about when my money will be sent out. However, your representative kept to told me that my request of withdrawal was always in a queue.

After I insisted to ask if my money has been sent out, I was told by your client service representative on 25 May(Friday) that "I will get my funds not earlier than the end of next week", which means that "I must wait for at least 8~10 working days" to get my money back. It's too ridiculous for me!!

I have made withdrawal couple times before, I never waited for longer than 3 working days for the confirmation of money sent out.

This time I feel angry about it!! Not only it is plenty of money and it is all my remaining equity, but also your attitude to client's withdrawal request has made me feel very very upset and reduced heavily my satisfaction for this company.

I hope that Liteforex support can speed up my withdrawal request and fulfill your obligation eventually.

I feel that Liteforex is a great forex broker with some advantages that other fores brokers do not have. This company has potential competitiveness against other forex brokers,

However, I really do not want to see the issue of withdrawal problem destroy the reputation of Liteforex. If management keeps ignoring to improve this issue, this company will fail in the long term business!!

However, I feel that I must say some words to defense my right.

Seiously, I did not made a scam. You know why I have 2 profiles ? The truth reason is that I registered an account for trading first . But I did not know I just only need to apply an affliate programme in my trading account if I want to register an IB in the Liteforex.

So I made a mistake to register it again by my personal name for applying an IB.

At that moment I was confused if I did a correct way. Therefore, I sent an email for my personal account manager to inquire about it. If you want, I can post a detailed email here between your staff and me on 4 March as to how I made a mistake to register twice times.

Since that time, I did not log in that second account again cos I do not need it.

I have to say I am a honest trader. I like and believe your company so that I deposited lots of my equity to my personal trading account. I have to say that I wanted to bring lots of clients who can deposit to your company. That is what I was trying to do in the last three months.

But I did not make it. I only brought one client who deposited USD 9,000 on 19 April.

Today your client representative told me that they found out a same IP on my personal account and my client's account. I explained it to her cos as being a IB, I have to provide my client with many services, such as help them to register theirr acc, translating English between your company and my client, helping them to deal with

making withdrawal and so on.

I only got about 224 USD from Liteforex for the total rebates and commissions so far. However, I deposited around 48,700 USD to my personal accounts.

Eventually, I have to say again that I'm not a cheater who targeted your rebates and commissions by an illegal way, You can simply judge how much I deposited and how much rebates and commissions I got from your company.....

Regarding to two profiles issue, I also honestly explained to you if you want, I can post that key email on this thread. It will prove everything and what I say.

I do not want to harm Liteforex's reputation. What I want is make things clear and make our misunderstanding can be sorted out. Then I want to get my own funds back soon and I can give up all rebates and commissions I got from your company. It's no problem for me.

Also please Liteforex provides me with any evidence to prove that I get involved with any violation of the AML policy.

All money I deposited is all my money. I wired all money by my name and also I did two times money withrawed with your company by the same name.

You can not accuse me without providing any evidence. Liteforex have no right to block my money without solid evidence.

Personally, I feel it is your excuse to refuse paying back money to me.

Hereby I please Liteforex to provide solid evidence to prove that I get involved with any violation of the AML policy.

I'm not afraid of any investigation from you and the financial police form my country. All deposits sent to your UWC bank account via my personal saving account.

All deposits are what I earned by daily work and belong to me.

I can provide evidence to prove all my account's deposit came from the same name matching the name of my profile, which is my personal name.

Providing all bank wire documents is no problem at all.

Sorry to offend, I just purely guess if your company has a financial problem at the moment so that trying to delay your client's deposits in order to get more time for surviving a bit.

Fine! I have time to wait for your investigation result. No problem!!! I will wait for what you find out.

Whatever it is, Liteforex defintely has no right to block my money forever.
