    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Dear nelson ireoba,
I have been informed that we received your complaint on March 10, 2011 (3 months ago) regarding the difficulty that you have experienced. Shortly after this the problem was solved. It would have been solved even faster if you contacted us directly, not via web-forums, because usually we try to find compromise with clients. Unfortunately requites and off quotes are inevitable in trading, especially during macroeconomic data releases. But the fastest way to fix the situation is to ask the tech support specialists for help. Not only did not receive we any complaints from you before March 10, 2011, but there were no any demands to compensate the losses from your side. It is even more strange to read this new post of yours knowing that you have not been trading with LiteForex for rather a long time.

I had series of communication with your Liteforex since the problem started via live chat and email. we have exchanged countless mails/Chats and you didnt do anything to solve the problem of offquotes, requotes, timeout, until you liquidated my account. How about your whimsical reduction of my leverage from 1:500 to 1:100 when i had open trades and you knew that your platform mal-functioning had ran d account into problem and u still went ahead to reduce my leverage. However, attached are mails exchanged with your office (various mails are differentiated by blue and black colours). I am also using this platform to ask again for compensation of at least 50% of my $22,000 account size which liteforex ended up liquidating unjustifiably.

We admit that it was partly our fault that Mr. Nelson Ireoba had experienced problems with execution because our response was delayed. We are very sorry about that situation but all the problems were solved by March 25, 2011. This is not true that we did nothing, the execution got normal and there were no problems from March 25, 2011 till May 19, 2011 when Mr. Nelson Ireoba got a Stop Out.

Not only that, they whimsically reduced my leverage from 1:500 to 1:100 when i had open trades and they knew that their platform mal-functioning had ran d account into problem and yet still went ahead to reduce my leverage not minding my protest.
This statement is true only in part, we really changed the leverage from 1:200 (not 1:500) to 1:100. Mr. Nelson Ireoba used a REALforex account type, which means that his maximum leverage could be 1:200, so we cannot quite understand why he is speaking about 1:500 leverage. Anyway we did change it to 1:100 but the change was not a surprise to Mr. Nelson Ireoba because we notified him beforehand. Later we found that Mr. Nelson Ireoba changed it back to 1:200 using his trading cabinet so we sent him another letter of notification and change it to 1:100 once again.

The change of the leverage took place on February 1, 2011 long before the situation of Stop Out and from February 1, 2011till the very end there were no complaints that the change of the leverage caused any losses on Mr. Nelson Ireoba account.

The reason why the leverage was changed was that Mr. Nelson Ireoba traded with big lots and big leverage using a very risky strategy based on trading during macroeconomic data releases. Our contractor forced us to decrease it because of high risks for all the parties involved.

I am also using this platform to ask again for compensation of at least 50% of my $22,000 account size which liteforex ended up liquidating unjustifiably.
To this day there have been no any compensation demands received from the side of Mr. Nelson Ireoba. However we would consider such demands as groundless because the change of the leverage by itself could not lead to the increase of losses (we reduced it in order to decrease his losses as well as the company’s and our contractor’s risks) and the execution problems had been solved. We think that the reason of Mr. Nelson Ireoba’s Stop Out was his risky trading strategy, not the work of his broker.

I have a problem withdrawing my profits.

Hi dear LiteForex representatives.
I have a problem withdrawing my money. Yesterday I have got authorization for withdrawal, but today I found out that my withdrawal had been cancelled and my balance drastically reduced with "cancel_less_2mins_profit" note at the line.
At the total it has been considered a withdrawal but it did go to someone else, not to me.
I know that some brokers do not allow transactions shorter than certain time. I have account with you for many months and my style of trading is always the same. If I had violated the rules -- you should of notified me at once. But taking my profit for a few months back after my withdrawal request doesn't look good.
Also I have never closed any of my transactions manually -- they would be either stopped out or hit the profit target.

Dear Mr. Popov,

We studied the situation and found that it would be not fair to you to cancel your transactions after such a long period of time even though your trades violated the regulations. That is why we made a decision to restore all the cancelled trades and now your funds are available for withdrawal. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Be advised however that the trades that are against the regulations are unacceptable and will be cancelled should they happen again, no matter whether these would be market or pending orders.
 
Thank you very much. I absolutely loved trading with you- I used this small account to show my daughter how she can be trading FX.
I am very pleased that the common sense has prevailed and will continue trading with some adjustments to my strategy.
