my withdrawal request not yet processed too

I also have submitted a withdrawal request via LR 4 days ago ,That is Sep 15th. Till now not yet processed.

My account number is MT4-L-843527
The details of my withdrawal is as follows:
2011.09.15 14:16 balance WDRW-LR-149422: USD 499.00 -49 900.00 and
2011.09.15 16:33 balance WDRW-LR-149484: USD 2429.00 -242 900.00

at this account , I deposit $2992, and then got profit $2928

There are no time restrictions.

Questions for Lite Fx

Hi.
I have a question for Mr.Shuvalov.
I have been ur client for last many years. My withdrawal and deposits have been fast enough.Customer care guys have always helped timely. But y'day,when i saw your review page on FPA,i got shocked to see that your rating has come down a lot. I DO accept that requote/offquote a major problem with Lite Forex. But i never expected that there can be any issue with the capital or profit.

Most of the negative feedbacks which have been responded by u, are somehow connected with Bonus amount. I also paid attention that most of the negative feedbacks r from a particular part of the world.

As a person like me who either wins or loses without ever trying to think about withdraw my bonus.And infact,i have an account where i even didn't ask for the bonus. So i want u to tell this for me and other people like me, who r interested in knowing what exactly can be categorized as 'fraudulent' other than the bonus issue. This is very important to know bcoz many times,we do something what we don't know is being seen as a fraudulent activity. Opening multiple profiles or multiple accounts? Trading multiple accounts even without trying or asking the withdrawal of the bonus credit?????
I would also advice u to remove the bonus promotion at all.If u think,u r being cheated by people,then i wonder what makes u continue such promotion.Its bringing less customers to u than what u r losing-by seeing low rated score on FPA.
