2. What will happen to my active order positions during this period?
3. Will LiteForex take responsibilities towards all my losses due to this error?
4. Should i make a legal report to my respective Government authorities for this negligence and error?

Something Is Wrong With Liteforex

LiteForex server connected for a while, then crashed again. But all the time has change in all of my active trading details..suddenly i'm loosing 8+++ points, whereby 2 of my positions should hv hit the TP base on the movement chart.

I'v saved and printed all details and active chart on my claimed off LiteForex server breakdown, found out that there's a 3 hours time gap missing....FPA reading my post, kindly take note.

Please be informed that yesterday (17.11.2011), there occurred a connection failure, caused by temporary outage of global hosting provider’s equipment due to technical conditions, over which we had no control. There was no connection from 8:56 pm to 11:43 pm (GMT +3).
If you have suffered losses due to this failure, please send a request containing the description of your problem to eng.dealer@liteforex.org with “Server outage” mark. We’ll examine every request.

a) Full name;
b) Trading account number;
c) Date and time when disputable issue arises;
d) Ticker of the transaction in question;

My Problem Is :

Request withdrawal 8 account from all my client use payment system Lyberty Reserve but until now still not receive.

Every day all of my client call me to ask about their withdrawal because at first I was attracted them to trade in LiteForex.

Every day I contacted live chat to ask about this issue but I get the same answer as below :

""Unfortunately, your withdrawal request hasn't been done yet. Usually the withdrawal requests are processed during 3 working days. But at the moment the Security Department carries out the additional checking of each customer due to the fact of the increase the cases of fraud with the opening several profiles. That's why the processing time of the withdrawals increases. Your withdrawal request will be processed by all means and a soon as possible. We kindly ask you to wait. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding."

But until when you checking and until when they can get their money?

Please help me settle my problem withdrawal delay.
