I made a withdrawal from a different account L-850444 on February 13th. Today is February 27th and I still have not received the funds. This is a very long time to wait. Liza, can you please have the finance department process the withdrawal immediately?

I have requested withdrawal on february 24th 2012.

I use the withdrawal method via libertyreserve.

My account numbers are L-857916

it is now march 3rd 2012 ( 8 days later) and I have still not received the funds. So I contacted their live chat support ( financial consultations department) and he said " Our specialists do their best to process it as fast as possible. Your *withdrawal must be done by all means as soon as possible within 2-3 *business days. Kindly, wait "

so when my withdrawal will be processed and I will receive funding ?

do i have to wait any longer? Because of my experience withdrawal via libertyreserve in another broker takes no more than 2 business days

Please be properly addressed. because of this problem makes the client uncomfortable.

Your withdrawal was waiting in a queue due to checking of profiles by Security Department. Because of additional checkings the withdrawal time increased from 3 to 5 working days. Kindly wait, your withdrawal will be processed today.

The withdrawal application was done on 24th. You should count only working days. Unfortunately the Forex market is not working on weekends thats why financial operations are not processed too. So it means that 5 days passed. Kindly wait, your withdrawal will be processed very soon.

Hello,

When I was a real fan of LiteForex, I really started to become disillusioned!

Lite accounts simply can no longer be used, with the execution of more than 1 minute, against 2 seconds a few months ago, it's a catastrophe !

Rebate rules were quietly changed and it no longer receives nothing.

Withdrawals take much longer than before.

And now LiteForex removes the accounts history :-((

Looks like LiteForex trying to scare customers.

It's really unfortunate because LiteForex was a good broker, being innovative. For example PAMM accounts are great.

Your situation with the execution speed is worrisome, because for the last months we have done a lot to improve it. Have you contacted tech support? If not, please contact them via Live Chat
