Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Nordhill capital works mainly with SFX MARKETS, I have been checking their performance for about 6 moths, but when I started to see them the managed account was in the name of SFX funds, it seems that the managed account was done by the same broker, then for some reason they came up with Nordhill Capital to manage these accounts.

Hello

I'd like to join this discussion.

I asked Nordhill Capital about the connection between nordhillcapital.com & sfx-fund.com & sfx-markets.com ...

They answered

SFX Markets is our first partner. We used to work under their umbrella and had other brand - sfx-fund.com.
Now we're independent company but still cooperating with them.

Later on I asked a different question directly to SFX-Markets, and strangely I received an answer from the
same person at Nordhill Capital instead. I was quite surprised.

Anyone noticed that the SFX-Markets office is in St.Vincent & Grenadines, but the phone number is from Cyprus?

As far I know, SFX-Markets is registered in SVGFSA and is currently on the process of becoming CySec regulated, that's why they have an office in Cyprus, so in the future, SFX-Market will be regulated by two financial authorities, which is a very good sign.

Regarding the phone number, I asked my contact from SFX-Markets today and when I have an answer, I'll post here.

Regarding the contact number in Cyprus, it's most welcome by the clients and that's the reason the company prefers displaying Cyprus contact number. I'd personally rather contact Cyprus than St. Vicent & Grenadines.

2 regulators isn't always a good sign. Often a bad company will heavily promote whichever regulator is the most strict, but will route the bulk of client accounts to whatever regulator is least strict.

Hi Marcelo,
I was looking for a second opinion before joining nordhill. i have followed your comments and reviews here and would like to test the waters with them . Please forward me and walk me through the step by step process of account opening and prefered account type with their benefits-from your experience. You can reach me on nisbetjuma@yahoo.com

Dear emperor, I just sent you some extra information on your email, hope you like it, anything else let me know.

I agree, but see Swissquote for instance, they are regulated by FCA and FINMA and it's a very reputable broker, so yeh, not always it's a good sign, but in this case, I see as a good one. I see that at least SFX is doing a lot of improvements, during the crash in the market from the SNB in January 2015, I was with Alpari Uk and my money got blocked for 6 months, and with SFX nothing happened
