I would like to know if there are any Trustworthy (Visa or Mastercard) prepaid cards available that can be used to fund and withdraw from trading accounts.

I don't think prepaid debit cards (Visa or Mastercard) allows you to trade or do shopping online or trading in international market. I would advise you should consult your bank for the clear picture regarding this issue. Anyway if you want any other help. Feel free to ask. Thanks and good day.

I wouldn't use a prepaid card for anything these days, they are being cracked down on.

In general, yes, you can use any card.
But it is desirable to specify in advance with what payment systems the brokerage company cooperates with and what limit you have.
That then there were no unpleasant surprises.
