Problem Problem - The5ers — Payout $3,099 declined, account closed, no explanation after 4 successful payouts totaling $10,422

I have been a funded trader with The5ers since February 2026. I passed their evaluation twice and received two Funded Certificates signed by their CEO Saul Lokier confirming I traded "consistently within the program's risk parameters."

I completed 4 successful payouts totaling $10,422.97 with zero violations:

• Payout $2,790.32 — 01.04.2026
• Payout $3,280.72 — 15.04.2026
• Payout $3,848.34 — 01.05.2026
• Payout $503.59 — 15.05.2026

On 29.05.2026 I requested payout ID 2522193 for $3,099.12 on my $125K High Stakes funded account.

On 03.06.2026 I discovered with no email notification:

• Payout declined
• Account disabled
• KYC showing "Verification Failed" — despite being approved for all 4 previous payouts

Live chat agent confirmed: "You will receive mail from risk department soon."Discord moderator Dex confirmed: "Risk will send you an email soon."No email received. Discord thread locked immediately after my post.

I am requesting:

1. Specific rule violated
2. Trade IDs and dates
3. Written justification for KYC revocation
