I am writing to share my terrible experience with G4Trade and to warn other traders about their deceptive practices. This broker engages in blatant false advertising, constantly shifts their withdrawal rules, and ultimately confiscates profits using baseless accusations when you actually meet all their conditions.

Here is the full chronology of how G4Trade scammed me out of my legitimate profits:

1. The "Bait" - False Advertising (July 28, 2026)On July 28, 2026, I saw a 100% Deposit Bonus promotion advertised by an official G4Trade Introducing Broker (IB) on Telegram. The advertisement explicitly promised: "No lot. Unlimited Withdraw" with absolutely no conditions regarding minimum holding times (1/3/5 minutes). Based entirely on this promise, I registered an account and deposited my funds the next day, on July 29, 2026. (See Attachment 1: Screenshot of the IB's "No Lot" promotion).

2. The First Rule Change - "1 Lot Requirement" (August 20, 2026)I traded manually as usual, and my account grew to around $600. On August 20, 2026, I attempted to make a withdrawal. I asked the IB to follow up on it. Suddenly, the IB informed me that the rules had changed and there was now a requirement to trade 1 standard lot for every $100 deposited. Wanting to comply in good faith, I asked the IB to cancel my withdrawal so I could fulfill this new 1-lot requirement.

3. The Second Rule Change - "5-Minute Holding Time" (September 3, 2026)After I successfully completed the 1-lot requirement, I submitted a new withdrawal request on September 3, 2026. Again, I asked the IB to follow up. This time, I was told that only trades held for more than 5 minutes were considered valid. This was a completely new, arbitrary rule that was never mentioned in the initial promotion.

4. The Risk Team's Admission (September 4, 2026)I immediately checked my cTrader history. Out of my trades, 93 positions (0.01 lot each) were held for over 5 minutes. The G4Trade Risk Team (through the IB) confirmed that I had accumulated 0.93 valid lots and only needed 0.07 lots more to meet their newly invented requirement. (See Attachment 2: Chat screenshot of Risk Team confirming 0.93 lots).

I immediately executed the remaining trades, ensuring every single position was held for well over 5 minutes to completely fulfill their required 1.00 lot volume. I then asked the IB to process my withdrawal again.

5. The Final Scam - Confiscation Based on "Abuse" (September 10, 2026)After waiting for a week, on September 10, 2026, G4Trade sent me a final rejection email. In this email, they explicitly admitted that "the minimum required trading volume was reached." However, because they had run out of mathematical excuses to deny my withdrawal, they resorted to confiscating my profits by claiming my account showed "inconsistent trading activity" and constituted an "abusive use of the promotional bonus." (See Attachment 3: G4Trade's rejection email).

Conclusion:G4Trade is a classic B-book scam broker.

  • They lure you in with "No lot" promises via their official partners.
  • When you win, they invent a 1-lot rule.
  • When you meet that, they invent a 5-minute holding rule.
  • When you meet that, they admit you met the volume but steal your money anyway by arbitrarily calling you "abusive."
Trading manually with 0.01 lots and holding trades for over 5 minutes is standard retail trading, not "abuse." I demand that G4Trade processes my withdrawal immediately. I urge all traders to stay far away from this company.

Can you share the latest reply you received from them?
Certainly, @FxMaster.
Please note that all of my communications with them, including their final rejection, have been strictly through email. Their Live Chat feature on the website is practically useless, it acts merely as a decoration and no customer support agent ever responds there.
Therefore, I am attaching the final email reply I received from their support team, where they admitted the volume was reached but falsely accused me of "abusive use."

You gave the reply below to their claim. Did you receive any response from them after that?

Following a review of your trading activity in connection with the 100% Deposit Bonus
received on your account, we identified trading activity that does not have any consistent
trading activity.
While the minimum required trading volume was reached, eligibility for a withdrawal is not
determined solely by the achievement of the required trading volume.
Based on our review, the trading activity associated with your account constitutes an abusive
use of the promotional bonus and is therefore

You gave the reply below to their claim. Did you receive any response from them after that?
No, I have not received any response from them since that email.
Immediately after they sent that rejection email on September 10, 2026, I replied demanding an explanation. I explicitly asked them to provide the exact mathematical parameters or specific clauses in their Terms and Conditions that define my standard 0.01 lot manual trading as "inconsistent" or "abusive."
It has been several days, and they have completely ignored my email. They went completely silent after confiscating my profits.
It is clear they are unable to provide any proof for their accusations because I strictly followed the rules they imposed (trading the required 1.00 lot and holding positions for over 5 minutes).
Please advise on the next steps I should take to escalate this within the FPA or if there is any other way to get them to respond. Thank you.

I just attempted to call +44 283 718 03 84 multiple times. Unfortunately, no one answered the call. It just rang until it was automatically disconnected, or it went straight to an automated message.
This confirms my suspicion that their customer service channels (Live Chat and Phone) are completely unresponsive and exist only for show. They only use email when it suits them, and now they are ignoring my emails entirely after I challenged their baseless "abuse" accusations.
Since all direct communication lines (Email, Live Chat, and Phone) have failed to produce any response from G4Trade, I would like to officially open a case in the FPA Traders Court so that a formal inquiry can be sent to their management.
Could you please guide me on how to proceed with the Traders Court filing?
Thank you again for your assistance.

I have a major and alarming update.
Instead of replying to my emails, answering phone calls, or explaining their fake "abuse" accusations, G4Trade has just retaliated by secretly freezing my trading account.
I logged into my cTrader terminal today and discovered that my account has been restricted to "Read Only" / "Close Only" mode. I received absolutely no email, warning, or notification about this account restriction. They are simply trying to lock me out and silence me after I met all their volume requirements and exposed their tactics here on FPA.
I have attached a screenshot of my cTrader terminal showing the Read Only status.
This retaliatory action proves they have zero intention of paying my $318 legitimate profits. I am fully ready to escalate this to the Traders Court. Please let me know how to proceed.
