    Hi there :)

This is Crazy Cat with an overview of the upcoming week.

I will email you 24 hours before the time of each report, and tell you exactly how to trade it. This is just an overview.

    1. Wednesday, January 13th (04:30 New York time) UK
We will be trading UK Industrial Production. History and Charts:
Forex News Trading | Details and History for GBP Industrial Production m/m

    2. Wednesday, January 13th (19:30 New York time) Australia (!HOT!)
We will be trading Australian Employment Change m/m
Forex News Trading | Details and History for AUD Employment Change m/m

    3. Thursday, January 14th (08:30 New York time) USA
We will be trading US Retail Sales
Forex News Trading | Details and History for USD Retail Sales m/m

    4. Friday, January 15th (08:30 New York time) USA
We will be trading US CPI
Forex News Trading | Details and History for USD Core CPI m/m

The rest of the economic indicators that are coming out this week are not worth trading, in my opinion. You can see the entire list by visiting FPA calendar: Forex news trading calendar with economic events analysis and currency exchange charts

To see the history of each report with charts, simply click the "file box" to the right of each report.

Let me repeat myself...this is just an overview email, you will be receiving an email for each individual economic report, with exact instructions on how to trade it. You will get these emails 24 hours prior to their release time.

    Good luck

lightning fast news sources for Forex trading?

Someone said the Forex News Calendar on this site is pretty good for a free news source. If I want to get the news a soon as possible, is there a better way? Or do I need to use multiple sources for all the different types of economic news releases?

My broker mentioned Bloomberg, but that sounds expensive.

I'm interested in trading the news, but where do I get the news in time?

It seems like not everybody in the world is pushing the "buy" or "sell" button all at the same time, based on what I see on the charts. But perhaps execution takes several minutes in a "fast" market and I'm seeing delays in execution.

Thanks for your thoughts on where to get the news.:)

    early news

I read the other day that subscribers to a service such as 'thomson reuters' get the news releases early, a news trade I made the other day specifically said to watch the price movement at 4.28 rather than 4.30 since subscribers get that news for certain 2 minutes early.

For after-spike strategy UK industrial production looks quite tricky... Probably not worth the risk...
