There are free and paid forex signals. A trader can search for and find free forex signals to guide his or her trading. Some of those signals are accurate and profitable. However, many free and paid signal services lack accuracy, and following them leads to losses.

While there are some free and paid signal services, it is important to do your own research before deciding to use a specific service.

From my experience, forex trading signals are basically trade ideas that tell you when to enter or exit the market. They often include the pair, entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels. I’ve found that a lot of good signals come from candlestick patterns, like when a candlestick pattern like Hammer shows up after a downtrend, I see it as a buy signal, or if I spot a Bearish Engulfing, it often points to a sell order. Of course, I never follow signals blindly; I always confirm them with my own analysis and use strict risk management.

Most of these signals sometimes become hard nuts to crack so better to understand the market mechanics and learning the skills required to take trades at your own rather than relying on anyone else.

But honestly, be careful. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, and nobody gives out “profitable signals” just out of kindness. It’s always better to learn trading yourself, understand the market, and not blindly trust signals.

Never trust those signals… Try to trade yourself on a demo account and hone your skills. When you start using signals, you get so much dependent on them to the point where you forget how to trade on your own, which is really bad.

Basically signals are someone else’s trade idea: pair, direction, usually an entry area, SL and target. The important part is that a signal is still just an idea, not proof of an edge. I’d care more about the provider’s full history and risk per trade than whether the last few calls were winners.
