Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Zenstox/Vie Finance: UK Infrastructure hidden behind Seychelles license - Proof of bad faith

I'm opening this thread to warn others and document my ongoing struggle with Zenstox (Vie Finance). I’m not just here to complain; I have technical evidence that shows exactly how they are manipulating jurisdictions to avoid accountability.

The Reality vs. The License:

They claim to be an offshore company regulated in the Seychelles. However, a simple WHOIS check of their infrastructure reveals that their name servers are hosted in the UK (.co.uk). Why would a "Seychelles" firm run its core operations on London-based servers? This is a massive red flag for any investor.

The Jurisdictional Maze:

I’ve tracked this entity across 4 different countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, and the Seychelles. This isn’t a global business; it’s a fragmented structure designed to make legal recovery impossible. When you try to hold them accountable, they point you to another office in another country.

The "Settlement" Trap:

After I pushed them for my rights, they tried to quiet me down with a meager settlement offer. I knew from the start they weren't sincere, and just as I expected, they broke their promises and never fulfilled the agreement. This is their standard tactic: stall, offer crumbs, then disappear.

I’ve already reported this to the FCA and ESMA, specifically regarding the UK-based charges and servers. I am demanding a full recovery and I want their auditor, Crowe, to explain how they can overlook such a deceptive corporate structure.

Update (April 7, 2026):

Formal assessment opened by ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) under Case Ref: ESMA/2026/BUL/147 for "Breach of Union Law."

UK Criminal Report is active under Ref: RF26030135360C.

Evidence of geographical discrepancies (Google Maps) has been submitted to international authorities.

We are now escalating to the Seychelles Ombudsman regarding the regulatory silence.

The net is tightening. I invite any other affected investors to share their experiences here.

UPDATE – April 15, 2026: International Regulatory and Infrastructure Escalation

The case against Zenstox / Vie Finance has reached a critical turning point with formal investigations now active across multiple jurisdictions:

1. Hellenic Capital Market Commission (Greece): The HCMC has officially registered a formal case under Protocol Number: 4741. This investigation specifically addresses the severe contract discrepancies and professional misconduct identified in their operations.

2. Seychelles Constitutional Oversight: The Office of the Ombudsman in Seychelles has officially opened a file under Ref: OMB/COMP/2026/058. They are now investigating the failure of the local regulator (FSA) to address documented bribery attempts and fraudulent activities committed by this entity.

3. Infrastructure Investigation (AWS): Amazon Web Services (AWS) Trust & Safety has initiated a formal investigation under Case ID: 59543612732 regarding the abuse of their cloud infrastructure to facilitate these unethical financial practices.

Summary: This is no longer a simple dispute; it is a coordinated international investigation into a "regulatory arbitrage" scheme where UK-based infrastructure is being used to deceive global investors under a loose Seychelles umbrella.
