Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hello FPA Community,

I am opening this case thread to formally expose the highly deceptive and fraudulent practices of IronFX (Notesco). I have fully documented my case with concrete evidence, and the public link is provided below because the broker has completely ignored my legal deadline to settle this matter amicably.

Here is exactly how they are trapping and manipulating retail traders today:

1. Illegal Cross-Border Poaching (Regulatory Arbitrage)

I was lured in and acquired as an EU resident through their European channels. However, they quietly processed my onboarding under their offshore entity "Notesco (BVI) Ltd" in the British Virgin Islands. This is a severe and intentional breach of ESMA regulations, done solely to strip away my European investor rights and safety nets while operating under a CySEC-licensed brand name.

2. Severe Internal Data Manipulation

When I requested a withdrawal, their backend accounting went completely rogue. I have black-and-white email proof where official IronFX support explicitly stated my total deposit balance was only €1,206. Once I provided my actual bank wire receipts proving I had deposited around €13,000, they did an immediate U-turn. In a subsequent email, they suddenly stated: "Oh, our records now show €12,400." This is undeniable proof that they are actively manipulating and changing client balance records on the fly.

3. The Platform Manipulation & "Ghost Trade" Pattern

During my time trading, I experienced massive, unnatural platform slippage, which I caught on video. Furthermore, looking into other recent victim reports on Reddit (such as user u/Katherineheinz), there is a clear, systematic pattern where IronFX manipulates the platform or executes unauthorized trades right after a client files a withdrawal request to artificially wipe out the remaining account balance. My video recordings match these serious allegations perfectly.

4. The €4,000 "Hush-Money" Offer

Instead of executing my legitimate cash withdrawal, IronFX management tried to silence me by offering a shady €4,000 "non-withdrawable trading bonus" on the screen. Knowing their terms allow them to arbitrarily wipe out bonuses or close accounts at any moment, I strictly rejected this credit. They have refused to reply to my cash settlement demands.

A Chronic History of Malpractice (Updated 2024)

This behavior aligns perfectly with IronFX's notorious history. Public regulatory disclosures prove that IronFX/Notesco is a chronic offender:

April 2024: CySEC officially forced Notesco to pay a €100,000 settlement regarding severe compliance breaches linked to the marketing and sale of CFDs to retail clients.

China Exit: Between 2014 and 2017, IronFX faced massive legal actions and a court case in Shanghai for illegal business operations and trapping client funds through aggressive bonus programs and withdrawal restrictions—the exact same shady bonus trap they just tried on me.

FPA Blacklist: They remain officially blacklisted as a SCAM right here on FPA since 2015 for failing to pay out clients, alongside a historical €335,000 CySEC fine.

The Full Evidence Folder:

I invite the FPA investigators and the community to inspect every single bank statement, the highly contradictory emails, chat logs, and the platform manipulation video recordings right here:

CySEC, the Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus, and the BVI FSC have been officially notified with this exact evidence folder. I am requesting the FPA to look into this case and warn the trading community.

I am writing this because I am completely devastated and lost a lot of money to IronFX. This broker is a trap. I requested a withdrawal of my funds, and suddenly my account balance statements were completely altered. They literally manipulated the numbers from 1,206 to 12,400 just to match bank wires after I put pressure on them. Total data manipulation.

They are doing illegal border poaching. They target European clients with EU marketing, but then they secretly route your account to an unregulated offshore entity without telling you. The UK Ombudsman just told me they cant help because of this dirty trick. They steal your legal rights.

Even worse: an honest support worker named Leonardo tried to help me and admitted the balance was wrong. The moment management realized he was helping me, they locked him out of the chat and silenced him. He just disappeared.

Stay away from them, they will ruin you financially!
