Alpari Review

Hello.

I have $500 on my Alpari account.
For 3 weeks I cannot withdraw my money.

The withdrawal button disappeared from my account.
Support keeps telling me every day that developers will fix it in a few hours, but nothing changes.

I am asking Alpari to resolve this issue and allow me to withdraw my funds.

Their payment system for deposits also doesn't work correctly. For example, on February 27, 2026, I deposited 4,000 som ($50) using a local Visa card, but it still hasn't arrived in my account (they refused, even though the payment was completed on my end). I also tried depositing 1,000 som ($12) into my balance, and it also arrived the same way (but it did arrive on my end). I think the reason is that they themselves indicate the wrong bank (for example, there are VISA and MIR cards in Russia, one local, the other international. We also have VISA and Elcard. In the example, the international card starts with 4*** **** **** ****, and the local one with 9*** **** **** ****

An old broker , I used them 3 years, normal condition but not the best for order execution.

They scam with me they dont give my money 485 USD sre in my account but they don't give permission that I can withdraw they said add 162 more then they will allow withdraw
Plz help me iwant my money back

They requested that my perfectmoney account should bear my full name and the screenshot of the URL address of the perfectmoney account and number and personal information by screenshot. I did and in just few minutes the withdrawal request was processed.


Nov 14, 2023 - 1 Star I deposited with my mastercard and it was successful and yet they said they didn't receive the fund. I have to fund 52$ into my perfectmoney wallet from exchanger. The 52$ was successful deposited into alpari and got to notice that when I tried closing a trade of 22$, I couldn't. Requote several before it now drop to 19.10$ having struggled to close trade in profit and it was letter closed. I have to say something is wrong here and now decided to withdraw the whole fund and they refused processing it. The status is it it processing but they won't just release the fund and it is money I borrowed with interest which will be due next week. I have send several emails but no avail.

This useless broker will just take your money and will send you scam emails after you made request to withdraw.
Please don't deal with them.

In the deposit, within seconds, the deposit is made, but in the withdrawal, you are asked to receive a code on your phone, and the code does not arrive. So far, I am trying to withdraw my money. I can’t even customer service does not respond and exits the conversation in a very suspicious way. I will publish on all sites about my experience I am not a new trader I have enough experience to rate this company

I deposited $15,500 on 21.06.2022 15:44. I deposited $500 before. I made more than $10,000 profit. I created a $10,000 withdrawal request on 27.06.2022. According to what is written on the portal, the withdrawal is completed within a maximum of 2 days. Today is the third day and the confirmation mail came yesterday but still the money has not been transferred to my crypto account and it shows as in process. It is very fast when depositing money, but they do not show the same sensitivity when withdrawing money. I hope they will give my profit.

Spreads aren't the best but comission costs surely make up for it especially on ECN accounts. Withdrawal and deposits aren't the quickest especially via bank transfer and could 100% do with a visa transfer option but i have made both deposits and withdrawals many times with no issues. 30 euros tranfer fee can be a bit steep for small time forex traders which luckly i am not. Slippage isn't always great during high impact news times but more than acceptable. I have had a respectable time with the broker but there are always improvements that can be made to their systems and website as getting server location information and other general knowlege is sometimes diffcuilt to aquire. but other than that this is a solid all round broker that is good to use long term.

I made a deposit $135 from my skrill to ECN account, I cant trading because need a deposit min $500 for active ECN trading.
then I made moved $135 from ECN to the Micro account. then I made 2 deals 135 up to 150. I made a withdrawal but I cant. talk to support they requested me to work many many problems. then they were asked me about my job from 2013 to 2021 tobe withdraw. LOL. this is funny broker

They refuse to refund my credit balance.
After many request, they still refuse to send me back my money.
Don't send a cent to them.
