I traded a live account and made profit they refused to give me my money and when i complained they told me stories and said they banned me,..they said they wont give me my money and all my referrals are complaining about them,..

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Our Company takes all client communication and/or disputes into serious consideration and shares its sympathy towards any possible inconveniences caused. On the other hand, the Company takes the adherence to its internal policies and T&Cs very seriously and any violation or suspicion of violation which might harm the Company’s interests and/or legal obligations may lead to punitive measures. Our Company’s relevant department investigated and identified that there was a violation of Article 7.6 of our T&Cs which indicates that ‘’In the event that the Company determines or suspects that a client registered multiple accounts using different email addresses, the Company reserves the right to block all accounts, and nullify all related trades, without providing any prior notice.’’ For this reason, your trading account was banned. However, your remaining balance (including any profits) was returned back to you.
