I purchased this yesterday and within 30 seconds of downloading it was kicking myself for having fallen for a sales pitch that is a scam.

This EA's results are posted on the website and are calculated retrospectively which is in contrast to the instructions that come with the EA suggesting that you need to tweak the settings every week. Results on the website are impossible to replicate and the Matthew who owns the site immediately jumped on the fact that there is a disclaimer in small print at the bottom of the webpage saying basically "it's all fake, it won't do what we say etc, no refunds" however do not be bluffed by this behaviour.

This site at no time requires purchasers to acknowledge these ridiculous terms throughout the payment process so there is absolutely no obligation for anyone to accept anything but a full refund.

Furthermore, the site claims that the EA "made" $25,900 in September. By the fact that they state their EA "made" money implies that it is profitable however it is not profitable in the way purported on the site.

I explained this clearly to Plimus the payment engine and also referenced this FPA thread that I stupidly had not checked for prior to purchasing this EA.

A refund in full has been provided to me according to Plimus so I am waiting for the funds to be confirmed as back in my bank account.

Don't let this guy try and tell you that his terms and conditions are binding people. I am a lawyer and under credit card and payment payment terms the vendor has the onus of proof to show that there has NOT been fraud rather than you having to prove that there was!! Very important point.

Vendors who take payments via credit card all have to sign these terms as part of receiving transactional capabilities so make sure that you point this out if you are having difficulty.

A Canadian friend of mine who lives in Toronto also checked the address last night and as suggested below there is no trace of this being the business address for this company.

Save yourself the trouble and let this one pass you by. Furthermore, anyone with this unscrupulous attitude towards their customers probably cannot be trusted to reliably do your MT4 programming either - as soon as customer service is required.

The only positive to come from this is that the vendor agreed within 24 hours to refund my payment via Plimus but I am severely disappointed that it took me pushing the point to have this occur.

If anyone needs further info on this then post and I will provide further details as required.

Best trick he tried was to try and direct me to a site claiming FPA is a scam and hoax site with no credibility however this failed to impress an FPA member and when I pointed out his "honest review of FPA" was on a website with no means to contact the owners of the site there was no reply.

This guys unfortunately was still trying to defend his behaviour right to the point I received the refund so he is obviously aware he's a scammer and fraud is acceptable to this guy as a form of business.

Big thumbs down to MT4programming.com and a big thumbs up to FPA for providing this forum to expose douche bags like this guy.

Cheers.
