xfunded system problems and lack of credibility
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
xfunded is scam. i lost my 50k account because of big system glitch. i was trading gold on 15 min chart and my stop loss was there. before candle finish by 7 minutes i change my sl higher and boom! platform closed my account directly.
i talk to support ann. she tell me i break rule but then she say we give you 10k account compensation!! why give 10k if i am wrong? it makes no sense. if i break rule why system not close me in first 5 minutes of candle? why wait until 7 min left? also my past trades on 1 min chart i did not put stop loss and both win and they did nothing.
since may 22 i talk to ann and ais lka and arum. they tell me wait 2 business weeks and just making excuses to steal time. now they just ignore me. dont trust xfunded they look for any excuse to take your money and they have zero credibility."

XFunded – Account Breached for Automated Stop Loss Hit During News Window
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
I want to share my experience with XFunded for other traders to be aware of.
I purchased a 50k One Phase Expert Funded account. After only 2 days of trading, my account was marked as breached due to a news trading rule violation.
What actually happened:
I opened a XAUUSD Buy trade at 13:35 UTC — 15 minutes before the restricted window
The news event (ISM Manufacturing PMI) was at 14:00 UTC
Restricted window: 13:50 – 14:10 UTC
My trade was closed at 13:54 UTC by an automatically triggered Stop Loss — not manually
The breach was recorded 2 seconds after the close — proving no manual action was taken
All other rules were passing:
Stop Loss Placement: Passing
Maximum Drawdown: Passing
Overweek Trading: Passing
The rules contradiction:
XFunded's official published rules state:
"Traders are not allowed to OPEN OR CLOSE positions through these periods."
However, in their support response, they cited:
"Traders are not allowed to HOLD positions through these periods."
These are two completely different rules. Under their own published rule, I committed no violation — I did not open or close any position voluntarily during the window.
When I raised this contradiction in my appeal, support refused to address it and repeated the same response: "Once a breach has occurred, no further action can be taken."
I have escalated to the CEO level and am awaiting a response.
My advice to other traders:
Even if you follow every published rule carefully, be aware that XFunded may apply interpretations that differ from what is written on their platform. Always close any open positions manually at least 15 minutes before any High Impact news window — do not rely on a Stop Loss to protect you.
I will update this post with any response from the CEO.

Deny of payout and change of rule
Service use: Demo
Length of use: 0-3 Months
I am trader who got cheated by x funded. I trade until hit my profit target then upon payout request came up with "correlated assets" rules that is not even on their page of rule (see attached screenshot)
Also before started I asked their support team about 1% risk rule. They gave me an example using gold and didn't mention any thing about correlated assets. Then after almost month of hard working they used this hidden rule to prevent payout and hold my account.. The two positions I opened is different EUR/USDT and GBP/USD even it was open and closed both with a little profits around 70 $ and long time almost next day of account verification. And does not affect the equities (attached screenshot)
I paid them in crypto.
I am writing this to warn every trader: don't trust them they change rules when ever you win.
I m looking for appreciated support to solve this issue and get my profits payments.
I have screenshots of all emails and rules on their Web page and two trades
I'm sorry for my writing mistakes or geammer incoorct since English is not may native language
Regards

X-funded refused my 2300$ payout using a fake initial stop loss excuse
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
Sorry my english is not very good I speak mostly french and arabic I want to tell everybody my bad experience with X-Funded I traded my funded account 1005566 and I ask for my payout of $2300 but they refused it and close my account with a fake excuse about risk management
they say I take more than 1% risk in one trade because of my initial stop loss but I use cTrader and when I click open trade with Quick Trade the system put a big default stop loss just for safety this is just a system placeholder before I manually change it to my real stop loss with my real stop loss my risk was $480 this is 0.96% for my 50k account so I was safe and under 1%
the crazy thing is in their own rules it says Any trade left open without an SL for more than 5 minutes will result in an automatic breach so they give us 5 minutes to manually put the right stop loss but their robot ban me for the default initial place holder that cTrader puts automatically
I try to send email to their compliance department but the email bounce back with error Address not found they dont even have a real compliance team also on Trustpilot they reply to me and admit they ban account for temporary risk they just ignore their own 5 minute rule so they dont have to pay my 2300$
I put all my screenshots and email proof in Problem thread here in the FPA forum please be careful with them they will use the initial default system stop loss to not pay successful traders
