Run away from this broker Admirals Markets
Mostly they were answered the same everytime. More than 20 mails exchanged. I called them and they were so pressed to end the conversation and just answered they will reply soon by mail. I tried everything they asked me to do. Lol even do the withdrawal on pc because it’s not possible on smartphones. They’re just trying to lead me on. Shame on them.
My problem: Apparently they decline my withdrawal because they don’t recognise my BSB number (Commonwealth Bank in Australia) don’t forget they own my bank statement with my BSB number written on it and I used this one for my deposit. They also refused all the other withdrawals on my French Bank because I can’t send money to France, except that I am French and they owned my French taxes document, so no sense again!!! Or my partner account because it’s a third person.
I even went to the bank to do it with my bank advisor. Nothing wrong my side or with my bank. What is funny is they have my bank statement with the same and correct account number and BSB that I also used for my deposit ahahah so funny!
So here we go, today I sent this mail: “Stop declined my request for incorrect BSB number. You don’t have my money for X reason so you can’t give me back. Well, you decide what you want to do. Here two options:
You give me back my money now by accepting my new request.
Or you gonna need to give me back a lot of more with my lawyers, yes one in France and one in Australia.
You chose: you can handle the situation without prejudice or with damage.
You can stay incompetent, no worries. Take advantage of random and honest people. A student who chose to use your service whose terms you do not respect. Certainly, but you forget one thing, the customer is always king and you have the duty to respect your obligations.
It goes without saying that I will no longer use your service and I will make sure that no one else uses it as well.
Let’s see if you will respect this law before using the others with my lawyers.
I request a form to end my trading account. Once this document has been completed and returned to you, since no withdrawal has been made at home, you are obliged to return the entire wallet to my bank account if my account was financed by bank transfer or credit card (or debit) is the case and without any identity verification, since it is a closure of account. As soon as the money is at my disposal and the broker, you, Admirals Market will have confirmed the closing of my trading account, I will have officially finished with you.”
Let’s see why they gonna reply this time!

Warning: Admiral Markets Deleted My Profits, Unjustly Denied Payment
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, their compliance department at compliance@admiralmarkets.com cited Section 5.13 of their Terms and Conditions as the reason.
This unjust denial of my hard-earned profits has shattered my trust. I'm sharing this to caution others and request Admiral Markets to reconsider and fulfill their commitment.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Admiral Markets, and I advise against opening an account with them."

My account manager took from my account 12350 usd
I asked my account manager what is wrong and without any reply or explanation all my profit was vanished from the platform . I tried again to contact my account manager Medeya T. without success. After i email her and finally i received an email letter from the company that i had violate a term 5.10 or 5.11( i can not remember) and i can not have my profit!!!
Of course i can not have my profit,I am not allowed to, I am from Africa not Europe, England or Australia where traders are protected from Cysec, Asic or Fca.
As a result Admiral Markets AFTER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE makes fun of African people still their money by manipulate them to accept bonus so they can steal their money ( They use the terms and condition of the bonus for their benefit).
When i asked my account manager Medeya T.: WHAT WOULD HAPPENED IF I WAS ON LOSS, SHE NEVER REPLIED.
Of course, when you are on loss, you don't violate anything, but when you are on profit you are done.
Please help me to find a solution.

Scam broker very bad support
Feb 21, 2022 - 1 Star I am a trader. I heard about Admiral Market and I opened an account under a Jordan license. I deposited using a prepaid Visa Card. I did not know that the prepaid card was rejected. I deposited and the payment was suspended. I contacted Arab support and asked From them they asked for help. They asked me for an account statement for the card, proving its ownership. I sent them an account statement, as well as a copy of the card, proving its ownership. The payment has been pending for more than ten hours. After all this waiting, they refused to deposit and also refused to return the amount. They stole my money. I told them to return it, but to no avail. The fifth day, and there is no response from them except for a word, do not worry. I wish everyone not to enter with this broker, a fraud, my account number 30483514 I have all the evidence that proves that you stole money Beware of this broker is very fraud
Our company has never had problems with the withdrawal and all your funds have been withdrawn to your account.
We care about the loyalty of our customers. In support, we have a team of professionals who strive to process each request in a short time and release the client with a resolved issue. The load on our employees is enormous and in order for support to continue to work stably and at a high level, the task of management is to protect their employees from unnecessary stress, insults and humiliation. Therefore, unfortunately, sometimes we have to go to extreme measures and break off relations with clients, no matter how sad and unpleasant it may be for us.
Best Regards, Admirals
