- Made profits on BTCUSD over several trades on M1 chart. Some trades were manually closed, some hits TP. There were volatility for 3-4 hrs.
- Profit amount to half a million in USD
- Connected with Avatrade support to check amount to withdraw to card and balance to other channels.
- Made 4 withdrawals, one USD500 to card A, USD3000 to a card B, another USD5000 to card B, and USD138k+ to Neteller

- Withdrawal USD 5000 and USD138k+ got cancelled the next day
- MT4 reported zero balance with USD543,649.26 debited with message "due to trading practice"
- Emailed accounts manager and nudged support to get a response.
- AM responded and pushed the responsibility to cryto exchange for providing the wrong price feed, and they have nullified the trades
- AM sent the general T&C clause on the above matter on price error.

Context:
I've been a derivatives trader, for over 13years, entirely human trading with technology except MT4 and chart templates. I've client with Avatrade for over 7 years, and no qualms until this incident. The trades were real, executed entirely by me manually as well as with TPs, therefore are genuine and should be honored. Avatrade cancelled my profit only after I request for withdrawals, which raises a lot of ethical questions.

Jun 4, 2018 - 4 Stars Out of my experiences with 2 different brokers, Avatrade provides a much better customer service, with a Senior Market Analyst as dedicated accounts manager with personalized service, for very small retail client. A manager isn't only an accounts manager, but also an experienced analyst.

On March 29, I made several winning trades in BTCUSD, however Avatrade ignored my profits. More details of what happened in the forum post.

Last week I spoke with Avatrade Chile, we reached an agreement to finally put an end to this misunderstanding that plagued us for many years, they will deposit the money on November 2 and they will give me a period of one year to be able to operate the required lot to be able to be withdrawn, including the earnings that come from it, according to the rules of the contest and that seems reasonable to me.<

I am satisfied with the response, I close this complaint in good terms, I thank the directors of Avatrade and the Forex Peace Army platform for worrying about watching over this case and having followed up until its entire solution.

La semana pasada converse con Avatrade Chile, llegamos a un acuerdo para acabar por fin con este mal entendido que por muchos años nos aquejaba, me depositaran el dinero el 2 de noviembre y me darán un plazo de un año para poder operar el lotaje requerido para poder ser retirable, incluyendo las ganancias que procedan de ella, según las bases del concurso y que me parece reasonable.

Estoy satisfecho con la respuesta, doy por cerrada esta queja en buenos términos, agradezco a los directivos de Avatrade y a la plataforma de Forex Peace Army por preocuparse en velar por este caso y haberle dado seguimiento hasta su entera solución.

Sep 25, 2020 - 1 Star Avatrade never deposited the funds, and blocked all contact numbers, they owed me $ 5000 US dollars for more than 3 years.

Avatrade nunca me deposito los fondos, me bloqueo todos los números de contacto, me deben $5000 dolares americanos desde hace más de 3 años.

AvaTrade is an untrustworthy broker with my account number 88745025. After depositing in January, I made over $30000 through continuous trading. However, when I withdrew on March 20th, AvaTrade only refunded me $3637.72. AvaTrade only sent me an email stating that according to their terms and conditions, they can decide to cancel any or all outstanding orders or contracts, or make any other commitments on behalf of the client, without prior request or notice. They decided to exercise this discretion. Please refer to Article 15 of their terms and conditions. But my transaction did not violate their terms. I asked them to provide specific evidence, but they did not respond. They just kept repeating what they had said before, violating Article 15. This behavior is shameless and I completely cannot accept it. Now I only want to get the money I deserve. Next, I will file a complaint with the regulatory authorities to protect my rights.

I deposited 50,000 USD after registering for AVA a few months ago, and suddenly my account was frozen, and I couldn't trade, log in to the backend, or withdraw funds. I contacted AVA's customer service staff for this issue, but there has been no response in months. My account is 77088901 77088902 77088903.

This is an unreliable trading platform. They started to freeze my trading account after less than a week of trading, I was not allowed to log in. The CRM background could not be logged in. I was not allowed to withdraw my money, and the account manager never replied to me. The customer service on the official website shirks responsibility and there is no way to complain. There is no difference with a black platform.
