I have been with XM for about 3 months. I don't know whatsup with these 1 star reviews, seems like its more on withdrawal issues. Can't really comment on that since I have not yet withdraw any money.

Normally from forums I read that brokers that offer bonuses are scams but still I decide to give it a try since XM offers MT4 platform. The bonus is in a form of "credit" which will increase your total equity. You are not allowed to withdraw this credit, however I believe you can lose the credit in a trade which is still a good deal.

This is my 3rd broker through my trading journey of 4 years. Initially I was worried since XM is operating from Cyprus but I have not encounter any problems with them so far (3 months only). I have open more than 100+ trades in MT4 and never get any requotes or error message.

The best part I feel is that the account manager actually call you up and talk, I mean it is really a very good service honestly which not many brokers offer.

My review may not be strong since at the date of this writing I am only with XM for 3 months but all I can say is I am satisfied. If s*** happens...(touch wood) I will definitely update my review.

Today I placed a sell stop order at 0.9270 (AUD/USD) before the news announcement (CPI), my order got executed at the same price but Xemarkets changed my order from sell stop to buy limit. Price went down by around 30 pips but instead of making profit I lost $98. Furthermore, they claim to have guaranteed stoploss which is untrue because my account in now showing -$17.
And they also cancelled my bonus of $185 yesterday while I was having many open trades due to which I lost more than 70% of my account balance.
I have all the proofs and screenshots and I can prove whatever I've said.
I've had terrible experience with Xemarkets.

XM does not alter any client?s trades as you are suggesting. Kindly see below. 2013.07.24 04:29:11 182.XXX.XXX.X6 '2XXXX8': order #1XXXXX6, buy limit 0.40 AUDUSD at 0.92700 Moreover, your accounts are being accessed from multiple IPs (from different continents) within a 10 minutes span. In regards to the stop loss, on your mentioned trade you have not placed any stop loss value, however if you are referring to stop out, kindly note that the trade has been executed during market news. It is important to know that in sharp and sudden market movements it may be not possible to trigger stop out at its value, nevertheless in those cases, and in your case as well, when client?s account goes into negative balance we always reimburse the negative value, as it was applied in your case (kindly check EXP01 comment in your MT4 history) . XM is the deceptive financial institutions, they are always the excuse to cut commissions or commission refused payment of IB, you should not work with this scam broker.

I am extraordinary satisfied with my broker. They are an all rounder doing nearly excellent on all fronts.

Very satisfied with the level of service I am receiving and more over very satisfied with their trade execution.

And you really have to give it to them, they are one step ahead with their website its second to none.

This company is going to be next scammer very soon. They just sent me my initial deposit and ate all my profits...!!
Last week everything was OK. The live chat person kept telling that your money will be processed soon. And then suddenly my

account got terminated...!!
They are just following a new scheme like if the client losses, then good or else if he wins, refund the initial deposit.
I guess for this they are using 100% bonus offer to trap beginners, so that they will collect the money.Either they will run

away or else they will eat the client's all money by giving disgusting and non-logical reasons.
GuyS dont deposit with this broker.As they are not giving withdraw in 24 hour, not even in a week. Rather,if u will win and have some profits,they will close your account without giving any valid reason.
I will fight for this as i know i was true from my side and i can prove who was wrong .Hope FPA will help me.

2013-07-03 2Star this company is really making fake promise regarding withdraw in 24 hours. Leave 24 hour,i guess they wont give your withdrawal in a week also. i applied a withdraw to my skrill account, they are saying your withdraw will b done asap.They pretend to be very helping, but they are just opposite to it, careless and unprofessional and unhelpful.
It has been around 5 to 7 chat in these 4 days,every time they say same thing"i have informed back office, your withdraw will b done on priority base" They have just changed the definition of priority.

My account 2135965. I use Z300205177xxx to deposit XM account. And I make withdrawals via Z300205177xxx, too. But they said that they don't accept funding from third party (Because My name on webmoney is different name on XM) and They said that they would refund my money. I agree it but I'm waiting more 3 days so I comment here. My purpose only receive refund, please check it for me, thank you.

I wish to complain my trading, ticket no. 1105492. My trade is USD/JPY
i see on daily confirmation that my trade ticket no.1105492, have close trade and reach stop loss level at price is 101.222 ( close time is : 22.08 ) dated : 2013.07.05

i see on USD/JPY chart on time frame 1 minute, especially :
on time 22.07 until 23.19, ( dated 2013.07.05 ),
The highest level of USD/JPY is 101.212 only.

My stop loss level of USD/JPY is 101.222.
My question is :
why i my trade reach stop loss level at 101.222 ?

Please check at the time frame 1 minute ,on time 22.08

Dear Budiono, Order #1105492 was a Sell Order with a Stop Loss at 101.222. Sell Orders are opened at the Bid Price and closed at the Ask Price. Kindly note that MT4 charts are showing only the Bid Prices this is the reason you see 101.200 as the highest price. Your order was closed at the Ask Price and the highest Ask Price at 22:08:44 on 05.07.2013 was 101.225 (Bid Price + Spread). In order to display live ask price line on your chart please right click on the chart window >>>properties >>>common tab >>> tick ?show ask line ?. I have been trading the Forex market for about two years now,joined trading point(now xm.com-xe markets) ten months ago and have been with them all through.In summary,no major problem with them in trade execution....The classic MT4 works well, my fill speed is fine as compared with other brokers....at least two seconds at most....spreads are better and most importantly fast deposits and withdrawals.....all my credit/withdrawals are filled at the stipulated time stated in their official website....in short greater professionalism exhibeted by xm.com including their friendly customer support who have helped me in any issues related to my account.....Will have them for their excellent service and i highly recommend xm.com especially for beginners.

As a European Union regulated broker and since we comply with many authoritative bodies, there are certain procedures that we are bound to follow such as KYC (know your client). I would like to highlight that the reason for closing your accounts and refunding back your initial deposit is due to the fact that you have provided us with edited documents as a proof of residency. The best thing about XEMarkest.com is that they have excellent client service. They have always been in contact with me and they are indeed very helpful. Other than the telephone conversation, one can always chart with anyone including the staff in client services. In particular, Adam has been of much help and is always willing to assist.

As I promised, I would like to report what happend. People from XE Markets answered to my questions very fast. My account manager even called me. The reason for closing my positions was simply that they expired. But, there is something I don't like. The name of the positions was OIL-JUL13. So, I assumed that they expire on 13th of July. But no! The expiration date was different then that. The name was very misleading. And the expiration date is unfortunately not written in the trading platform, but only on their web site. So, the lesson was: never assume anything until it is explicitely stated. I learned that the hard way :(.
Other thing that they could possibly change is to inform the trader about low margin by SMS. Once it happend to me to have low margin and they informed me by message on the trading platform, but not by e-mail or SMS. SMS would be great. I think that some other brockers do exactly that.

2013-06-16 No Rating I trade wit XE Markets for a while and I used to like it. I withdraw money and they came to my bank account in three business days.

But yesterday (Sunday) a very weird thing happened. Three of my positions suddenly closed. Since on Sunday markets don't work, price wasn't changing. Only two possible explanations that come to my mind are:

1. Somebody hacked my account,
2. It is a server error

I have read on another forum complaint from a trader that his positions were closed by the server, XE Markets admited the errror and he was refunded. I hope for the best, since I lost a lot of money. I wrote to the support team and to my account manager and expect their explanations. After that I will report here.

I decided to join XE after I see some comments here. I believe every response from Official Representative of XEMarkets they will make an effort for improvements.
After RIP of Liberty reserve, I can make withdrawal by Skrill easily & fast .
At the beginning I found that thats true XE has issue with their server response, its difficult to make Pending Order specially during economics news.
But last 2 week I feel server response getting improved, and the most important is I got good price, almost no slippage or widen spread even though during high volatile market.
If they keep this good points! Then I will keep stick on this broker and recommend it to my friends

Too much lag, and weird events like platform freezing and execution
delay... Been with them since November 2012. Everything was great
until the beginning of 2013. They say "no dealing desk" but it's
not true, they have a "DEALING DESK" and you can see it whenever you open a trade on your platform, it's written in bold!!
I'm thinking about leaving them soon and try something else, because it is getting really scary...

I'm going to start taking videos of my trading sessions, to prove everything I just said, at least people will know what they are getting into

In terms of order execution speed there are several factors that affect forex trades, such as market volatility, trading volume and overall system availability which, in combination, or separately, may cause minor delays at the time of trade execution. Moreover, an even more important parameter in terms of trade execution speed is whether or not these trades are placed during important economic news announcements. I have 3 years of experience as Fx trader and had accounts with two different brokers. I was not satisfied so I did my homework and was searching for a GOOD Forex Broker. I decided to open a live account with XEMarkets. And I have no regrets. Customer service representatives are friendly and professional. Today I had some problem with my mt4 (it was my mistake) so I talked with live chat rep Zuzana Franzis. After a while I asked her to call me home, and 5 sec later my phone did ring. She was very helpful and professional and she fixed my error. I like their fast order execution, instant deposit with credit card, withdrawal within 24 hrs (check other brokers how much time it takes!), no deposit or withdrawal fees, no minimum limit to opening an account, their leverage and the possibility to change the leverage, webinars, bonuses... and many many other things. Just go to their website and you will see what I am talking about. I am really satisfied with them. Even here, on this forum, their official representative Carol P. reply to each complaint, what I can not see with another brokers. And, BTW, I think that most complaints are because of a traders ignorance or that they don’t read the rules. When a trader expect a “real phone call” from his personal manager because he had a “Margin Call”...so please, go back to BabyPips and do your homework – study! Anyways, I highly recommend this broker.

Hello to all of you involved in xemarkets.com.
I was involved with this broker for a long time. I also have to consider a few of proving to them. I am very pleased to serve the same manner as their MT4 platform.But that was before. Right now everything is fine except the slide when the command is too long. I have to take from 40 seconds to 1 minute to start implementing the new command (this is the strongest market fluctuations). And lost 10 sec to 20 sec for start when market little changed. I tried contacts and they said because of my connection. So then I went to many places with higher connection, I even use the demo account to test the speed of command.I realize this does not change except for Demo on orders very quickly.When I first joined to said speed is perfect for this broker. But now this is too bad. I will continue to stay here, if this is improved. Thank you for your dedicated service during my xemarkets involved. ("__" - sorry i'm bad en :))

2012-11-08 1StarToday,I have make a Buy Stop at 1.59650 and when price touch it i don't see anything happen. Order don't open, i watting more and see grap line and ask line touch two time in my Buy Stop but it do not open. I delete it and make new order and see it normal. I have contact live support and they talk like I'm an idiot trading beginners. Not good for 3 star. Now they told me their time.

Sorry,the USDCAD was my mistake...I look at different quote...but still the trade GOLD short is still unsolved...

2013-05-191Star There is one more trade that had been spoiled by them...When I opened long on USDCAD @1.02973,it quickly reversed..and when I check the data window,the highest was only 1.02947....where did 1.02973 come from?? there couldn't be any mistake with the MT4 platform...Please,I need someone from FPA to look at this matter.Thanks

Dear blaze132, In regards to your order number 21359 the request to close the order was received from the same IP address used to login to your platform, therefore you will need to check from your side whether an automated trading tool is placed or if someone has logged in to your account using your IP address. In regards to your complain about the USDCAD, the price that you checked from the chart shows the bid price only, whereas the price of 1.02973 is for the ask price. You claimed to open a long position however in fact you have opened a short position. I sent my withdrawal request about 2 weeks ago to Xemarkets as 27000$. After following a lot and complaining, they paid just 12918$ last week and promised to pay the rest within 48-72 hours but is remained for 7 days and they refuse to pay. Even I have complained against it to Cysec about this issue.
I am really worry about it and I have their emails which proves that their avoidance to pay and just telling "it will be paid ASAP".

Excellent support, my account manager is fast to answer by mail and by phone. They really care about the customer, no requotes, no slippage, no problems al all for me. I'm sorry that they removed bonus offers to who is registered by third websites but this is not very important for me. The point is that i feel that my money is safe, that's all i need. And i must say thank you to xemarkets for making the mt4 mac platform available. Nice job. i registered my first account with them 2 years ago and i don't regret it.

I have had my account since Trading Point days. I recently experienced a platform problem and loss twice the amount of the transaction. I was treated rather ordinary at first with the customer online chat but nothing wrong there. My account manager contacted me by phone and by email and everything was resolved within a few days. They refunded my account and more.
No issues with slippage and/or requotes whatsoever.
I own accounts with other brokers as well and because of the service and low spread I will stay loyal to them.
Untill proven otherwise.

Very bad experience with this broker.

I opened an account on May/1 with 20 USD to try, because I read some bad reviews here. After I made some profits, they delayed all my orders from 200ms average (I work from a VPS in UK) to more than 3 sec, sometimes 20sec, 30sec!!, so the big slippage arises... It's an unethical behavior and I don't know who loses more with this kind of tricks, because me and maybe some traders who are reading this review will stay away of this broker.

I used to absolutely admire the way their mt4 execution worked, no requotes and no slippage but of late, i notice that there are no requotes but the slippage is getting a little too big.. i really wish they improve on it. I used to be very happy with them and thought I have arrived at a perfect broker but this issue is beginning to cost me a lot.

I have mini account with XE and on opening they promoted 100% bonus and they give gave me 100% credit.

No problems in anyway. Fast and good connection, no spikes ( alltho they are MM ), no delays, no rejections.Pip spread is floating, they can go bit up on news or sumthing, but for most commonly traded pairs spreads are low and rly not as issue. Of course if u gonna trade, idk North Korean whatever they have against Somalian beans, spread will be higher than avarage...

By far, the best asset of XE is their customer support and from mine personal experience, account manager Ms. Silvia Vassileva. With her approach to customers, me for one, is the best PR thingy for the company and as long as they hire such people, and as long as she is gonna handle my account, I will stay with them and would recommend XE to anyone.

Anyway 4 stars for them so far, not giving 5 as don't wanna be interpreted as affiliate or sumthing like it..

I still hold my opinion, XEMarkets's service was not good, I never open new account or deposit at XEMarkets.

2013-04-24No Rating Adam Kyriakou - account manager called me after I posted review here, he said Liberty reserve has a problem so my withdrawal has been delayed, he promised to immediately resolve. 5 min later, my withdrawal request processed.

I think, at least he need inform me as soon as LR has problem, don't let me wait so long although LR still operating normally at my country.

After having issues with scam Nigeria brokers(liteforex and insta forex)that usually delete profit,decided to look for a good
broker.Discovered xemarkets and read a few good review about them.I deposited a few amount to my account(37868) in january
they gave me 50% bonus(which they removed after first withdrawal.I dont care because it is stated in their terms and condition,and i dont advise any trader to use
their bonus because it can never be in your favour.so ignore any bonus and focus
using your trading capital because i think those bonus and
there rules are designed to make you lose money) and my experience goes thus:
1. execution is fast as most trade are less than 5s
2. no reqoute
3. no stop hunting(there was a situation when the market
remains 0.1 pip to touch my stoploss and it reverse
4.no slippage as takeprofit and stoploss are filled accurately even
at high impact news
5.during normal market condition,spread is tight but tends to
increase during news,market open and market close so beware
to adjust your stoploss so you would not be caught in
6.After trading for about 12 weeks,made more than 100% profit
and already withdrawn four times,first two arrived less than 24
hours and the third one arrived less than 48 hours(they claimed
too much withdrawals because of the cyprus issues)the last
one less than 5 hours,although they are all small amount
I took my time to write this because i love everything about
them and i dont have any issues with them
so for now am recommending xemarkets to any trader who wish
to take full control of his trading.
And please this review is only based on my 14 weeks experience with them and am planning to stay with them.I will update my review as time goes on

I have requested withdrawal $10 through Liberty reserve 3 days ago. They never back my money until today. They have delayed by saying silly reasons. I have requested withdrawal to same source where I have deposited from. But they have denied to withdraw, They do not obey regulation while accept deposit, But while asking withdrawal too many formalities and telling about regulations. Most of the brokers withdrwal through LR is instant, but for this scam broker, they need 24 working hours. They work 9 hours per day , So they need about 3 days to send withdrwal. It is only 10$ withdrawal they delay, so what about thousands? they will delay at least 1 year or never pay

When I first started trading with them, they were awesome, execution was perfect, tight spreads and no-requotes but after a month when I was making profit and almost tripled my account balance then everything changed; execution became terrible, i was getting slippage and frequent disconnections. Its almost impossible to trade news with them as the pending order is executed after too much delay with a slippage of sometimes more than 25 pips.

I have opened account with Xemarkets.com on 15 Feb, my documents approved in 2 hours. Since then I have withdrawn 4 times which all processed very quickly.

My xemarkets account manager Valentine Kostine is very caring and he provided really good support.

Deposits are instant and I received bonus immediately after deposit.

The only thing I observed is not good : when you withdraw some amount you can not see your request in history, which support promised to provide this option too.

Like you wrote, refund was made, but the problem arises from the fact that I asked to be transferred to Skrill account all money and you transferred part, and refund part. The problem is that the Skrill my account is tied up with credit card, which does not give access to it fund the money, but only to charge. So it was not at all clear why I only got part of the money.
I had to turn to the bank for this issue and I and after a few days I received the next part of the money.
So there was a misunderstanding, I confirm that the XE transferring all money.

I fully confirm and support Ganesh' comment on XEM's bonus program. I first lost all of my equity, even went below 0 and could finally come back gaining in the end nearly 3.5 times my initial investment. I would have long get closed for business anywhere else.
So I keep my account open, maybe I will get back to them when I have a clearer view on Cyprus financial situation and feel confident that the problems I experienced lately were due to exceptional circumstances.

2013-03-26 No Rating So to close this case, I confirm my credit card was refunded but in 4 small fractionnal payments on value 22nd and 23rd. Unfortunately customer service at Visa did not initially reconcile them with the total amount I was expecting which explains my late confirmation.

Excellent Broker. Very fast excecution, i never had a requote or slippage.
The spreads are low, excluding AudNzd.
The deposit is istantaneous with credit cards and needs 2/3 days with bank transfert. I never paid commission. Same experience for the withdraws.
The bonus are really usefull, because they don't gift money (if you trade a determinate numbers of lot in a determinate numer of months, as the other brokers), but they "only" increase your equity.
My account manager (Silvia Vassileva) is very professional and helped me every times I needed. She always answer quickly to my questions.
For this reasons I think XEMarkets, for now, is an excellet broker and although I have opened a forex account in most of the European forex brokers now i'm using exclusively it.

I have read with interest several complaints about XE Markets. To me most of them seems to originate due to misunderstandings and lack of trading expertise. Do not take this to mean that I have not had any problems with TradingPoint/XEMarkets. I have been trading with them for over a year and yes there were some issues and once they were in the wrong. But these have been sorted out with great speed.
What could be of great help to other traders that experience disturbing discrepancies is to do what I do. As soon as I notice something is out of order I e-mail both the Back Office and my XE Markets/Trading Point Representative, Adam Kyriakou and believe you me action is taken. What I appreciate about Adam is that he will stay in touch with the Back Office and myself until the problem has been dealt with satisfactorily. All I can say is thank you Adam and the Back Office. Keep up the good work.

I opened an account with xe markets, when I received 100% bonus e-mail.
Firstly I deposited and lost my 2k with 4,5 ot eur/usd
there is not problem. I spoke with Zuzana and she told me that you can receive a bonus again.
Then I deposited 3k and receive 100% bonus. When I have 3 lot eur/usd, they took my bonus out.

Although your withdrawal has been processed normally it is our obligation to apologize for the inconvenience caused with miscommunication of your account manager and our backoffice desk which has essentially caused your inconvenience and the delay.

Since you requested a withdrawal to a different card from the initial card you used to deposit funds the backoffice desk was required by law to request additional documentation.

Kindly note that based on our records the last withdrawal request you sent was on 18th March and was cancelled from your side.
